The Techmenity Team is a pleasure to work with: detailed-oriented and meticulous with their work product. We worked with Jamie, Lou and the entire Techmenity team to implement a comprehensive network system in a 458-unit new development multifamily project in NYC. Techmenity provided invaluable project management including vendor and client management, network design assistance, and on-site management and coordination of contractors and sub. In addition, they prepared institutional-quality deliverables and reports throughout the project. Great experience with TechDad- responsiveness, timely follow up, expertise and technical knowledge. Everyone I spoke to was customer service oriented and Jamie made sure I got the right equipment for my Tech needs. Ralph came in on time, shoes covered, mask on, was friendly and professional. He installed a new play bar and made the connections to my Samsung TV and other older Sonos components that I had. He taught me what I needed to know about my Sonos system and Apple TV and how to use them. I highly recommend these guys!

I work with Techmenity at The Wright Fit site in Tribeca. Rob and Lou are always quick to get back to me with any customer service concerns. They are very practical and always find a way to get things fixed as soon as possible. I very much appreciate their hospitality and positivity.

TechDad support was awesome! I spoke with a tech by telephone who was patient, understanding & took an interest in my concerns. We did a shared session so he could log into my computer remotely to perform diagnostic tests & isolate exactly where the problems were. He was able to repair my home computer from his office efficiently & got me up and running fast. I asked him how I could improve my computer & avoid future crash problems & he offered several purchase suggestions with low, middle & high options. This allowed me to consider my options & left me in charge of my decision-making without any pressure. These guys are AMAZING! We had a media closet full of equipment and cables from 10 years ago that took so much space and our speakers didn’t function properly. They were very transparent about what was needed and gave an estimate including equipment and installation without trying to sell us unnecessary additional equipment. Simply put, TechDad is awesome! At first I was skeptical since I found them via a web search. I needed someone to set up my new apartment with a wifi network, mount TVs, soundbars and surround sound all mostly new stuff I needed to purchase. From my first contact they set me at ease with their knowledge and professionalism. They took the time upfront to make me comfortable, understand my needs and new apartment and then design a solution that is right for me. They offered several solutions at a range of costs to hone in on my priorities and budget. In the end, they expertly installed everything and I could not be happier. I highly recommend them. I recently renovated a duplex apartment and just moved in. I used TechDad to help set up a WiFi mesh network array think of a hotel or office where the WiFi is continuous and the same strength throughout. TechDad got involved early in the process and worked with my architect to design an network that not only was the latest and greatest, but fit within the design parameters that we were working with. They took on the burden of reaching out to Verizon to get them to come in during construction to run the initial feed into the apartment and then TechDad ran all of the internal wiring to set up the cable, Ethernet and WiFi access points. After the construction was done, they came back and set up the network, which works like a dream. And, they provided me access to apps that allow me to control the network and reboots if there are issues. Their installation team was not only knowledgeable but went above and beyond to provide practical advice. They also were both on time and very clean in their work. The IT closet with the router and network switches is set up nicely for convenient access to the parts that I need and to hide the web of wires that don’t need to be seen or touched. Overall, an excellent experience. I’m relatively tech-savvy and could never have set up a network that works like this I would have done the old router with boosters in various locations, which just doesn’t work like a mesh network!. I highly recommend them.
