Ted's Bar and Grill

It’s almost embarrassing how terrible my experience was here- on two separate occasions. Horrible service- the waitstaff was incredibly slow, distracted, very timid I’m not sure they received any training at all. At one point someone seated next to me tried to order a coffee because we had all been waiting for close to ten minutes after being seated and the manager came out and basically told them to go somewhere else. It was really bad. Also, the food is crazy overpriced for what you get. I would never come here if it weren’t for the convenience of it being inside the hotel.

I'm giving this 2 stars because the waitress was amazing. She saved this from getting no stars. The food was bland and did not match the description on the menu. When another customer said something the chef came out to approach them and was extremely unprofessional. He then talked so loud about it to the staff for another 30 minutes making it very uncomfortable to be there.

One of the most inhospitable restaurants I’ve ever been to. I was staying at the Doubletree next door for a conference and needed some late night food, so I headed over here since Google told me it was open until 12. I arrived at 11:40 and was greeted by a blocked off door and a manager saying they were only accepting to go orders. This was fine with me as I intended to order food then go back to my room but I felt entirely unwelcome. I ordered from the happy hour menu but was charged regular pricing until I alerted the manager who went to the back to change it. I had to ask for the beer I ordered. It was handed to me at the door. I immediately spoke to the manager and told him I felt very unwelcome in his establishment despite the fact that they weren’t even closed yet. As a bartender, I understand wanting to leave at a reasonable hour, but have never locked customers out *before* closing time. Mike apologized and allowed me to sit at a table. Update: I’ve updated this from 1 star to 4. The manager Mike explained that they had a crazy night due to a cancelled flight and dozens of patrons with vouchers. He offered me dinner and a drink on my next visit and I appreciate that he took the time to address and correct the issue

Food expensive for what u get but convenient because I was staying in the hotel got fresh food within maybe 20 min of ordering, server was nice and helpful

It was a high priced hotel bar, the place its self was nice, comfortable, and plenty of TVs to stare at. The mediocre cocktails were paired with a grumpy bartender who really made the whole experience terrible. Hopefully if I come back to this bar its a bartender who is enjoying there job. Didnt get any food because it seemed over priced for a hotel menu but they do have you trapped by the airport with minimal options.

Mainly a bar, me being a non-drinker went there for food. I ordered their vegetarian Pizza which was actually good. Flat bread with lots of toppings, white goat cheese and awesome marinara type tomato sauce. It was a hearty meal for one person as they do not serve personal pan sizes pizzas or single slices. For a lone traveller that means lots of wasted food which is a pity.

100% best food around! best service! Chef takes pride in what he serves. Bartender and servers are top notch! you won’t be disappointed! I base my stays on restaurants close by. I’ll stay here my next visit and probably the one after….

The staff was very friendly and very quick. They were very attentive to my request and also very helpful with questions I had about the surrounding area. Food was good and I will definitely be back and also recommend to other people

Staff is helpful, food mediocre and overpriced.

Hahaha. Wow. I have no words for how bad the meal was. The waitress was wonderful though.
