I enjoyed talking with Ted. His son Kevin was working in my town and Ted called him and arranged a service call or me. Kevin was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and even drew me a sketch of the process of my issue of his repair. He took the time. As far as I'm concerned, good folks to work with.
Was helpful and on time to check out why my new stove was not working. Was willing to try a repair, even though we were not sure what the problem was. Ended up exchanging the stove at the original store instead.
Biggest b.s. is Ted & Karen and son Kevin was nasty for no friggin reaso! Worst Experience Ever...biggest ripoff...sold me an old floor model and marked it up! I trusted them, big mistake!
Overpriced and put in the wrong brand of part in my refrigerator.
