Busy holiday time at the store, but when I asked for help with a purchase it was right there like the snap of fingers. Knowledgeable staff, good selection, good prices, good service. Almost can't wait for my next over-aged appliance to fail so I can go back.

I enjoyed the customer service that Sean gave us and Noah did a great job on the install. Noah was super careful about the walls/doors and took his time to explain everything. I would certainly use TeeVax again.

Awful service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Charged me $68 to tell me something I already knew and would not refund my money. I would avoid this agency for repair services.

Bought a Danby wine cooler in 2010 for $1500. Does not cool any more coolant leaking $700 to $900 repair really! Do not buy the silhouette!
