You can’t speak with anyone I have something in collections and can’t pay it with a letter because no I or ever answers at the recovery department I hate this bank I just want to be done with them

The absolute worst making institute I have ever experienced. After banking with them for years. I cannot wait until I don't have to deal with them any more.

I'm sick of not being able to contact someone. I'm tired of all of these unnecessary charges. It's not 24hrs. I'm taking my services and my children services elsewhere. PERIOD

You have to have $300 in your account to get a loyalty loan and $45 application fee to get the loan. The staff is lazy, when u walk through the door it feels like you just walk in a bar. Everything is so confusing, no order. Less than one star!!!

Slow service unfriendly experience

They are always over drawing my account when I didnt overdraw it. They're app is never updated with recent transactions and never displays real time account balances. When you call in to inquire about your account they will not honor any request even when they are in the wrong.
