My first time shopping at this Telco store was a disaster. I was buying 4 suits and one was a little ripped and I asked for a discount since I was buying 4 2=$54.99 and 2=$49.99. I asked the manager "Yahola" if she could give me a discount since the suit was a little ripped threads were coming out. She said "YOU SHOULD EITHER TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT". I said that was a little rude, I am a customer and it is my first time here shopping. Her reply was "I COULD SAY WORSE". I told her that's not a nice thing to say to a customer. She said"I DONT CARE, YOUR MONEY DOES NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE STORE, PEOPLE BUY MORE THINGS" If I want to call corporate she would give me the number, she can care less. There is nothing no one can do about it. I asked the security if that's how they behave over here and he said whenever she is having a rough day that's how she talks. People like this give bad name to the store. I still ended up buying the suits which was $209.96 just because she does not own the store and my mom really loved it.

Inexpensive and good quality and variety of men and women's clothing and other discounted items. Variety of sizes and types of clothing. Some of the aisles are very narrow and hard to walk through especially with a Walker, Rollator, or shopping cart. You have to walk sideways to even get through some of the aisles.

This store location is going out of business. Final sales only. Store still well stocked. Public street parking. Sorry to see this store go. Good convenient location. Accessible to public transportation. Prices are marked down but not low enough yet.

This location used to be much better. Prices are low but you get what you pay for. I have gotten some wonderful deals here and they also have some of the best deals on lindor truffles, but check your dates!! I have found expired food and when brought to thier attention they said ok & asked me if i would like to purchase it.

Horrible customer service, the fact that they're even able to run this store is beyond me. I went today to return a shirt that didn't fit me, mind you the receipt says no refunds on under wear or seasonal items. The heavy set cashier there was sooooo rude from the moment I handed her the shirt she looked at me and said the package is open. I said well yeah it's open because I tried the shirt on. She said I couldn't get a refund because of this. UM it's not food or under wear it def wasn't a seasonal item. She continued to give me a hard time and I was nice enough to fold it and place it in the packaging as best as I could, better than most people would do. I kept my composure and requested to speak to the manager, who was just as rude if not EVEN MORE RUDE than the cashier. I guess that's why she is the way she is because the manager doesn't train them on proper customer service. The manager arrived and told me the same thing, the shirt wasn't bought open. I said I'm an honest customer and at least everything is in the package just put tape to close it if you're not satisfied. Over 10 minutes of going back and forth for $10! She finally takes the shirt out of the package and puts it on a hanger to place it on the sales floor. LIKE SERIOUSLY?! I even told her seriously??? And she said YEAH SERIOUSLY! I was like you didn't' even bother to fold it and here you are complaining about how I brought it to you. So anyway they finally lost the battle due to their ignorance and gave me store credit. I will never return to this place!!! Don't bother shopping here you can get the same clothes for cheaper at Bobby's on Church Ave and Utica. Or even the thrift store called UNIQUE on fulton. Horrible store.

We got in there from the moment I walked through the door I swear to God this elderly black man watched me like a hawk. Everytime I looked up randomly his eyes were glued on me from the counter or across the store or in the same isle it was really uncomfortable. I don't look like a bum or look suspicious I do security myself actually. The cashiers were standoffish probably prejudice not welcoming at all. I won't be going back to this one. Not at all there is one in Canarsie and one further up on Flatbush junction go to that one!!

Always great for clothes,coats underware, and houeholt things. Lots of locations also. By me 1 on flatbush, 1 one ave u 1 on 86th st. Lots of locations very reasonable price... get yr gloves, hats socks, purses, and housewares also

Manager at the Flatbush location is rude and nasty. His name is Stern....the return policy is not clearly stated for holidays return. Didn't listen to customer complaints, I will never go to this store to shop again. I wish I can give it a zero

I love to shop here it's reasonable and I love what they have in stores... spend a lot of money there....

Have great sale going on items were half price and items had discount % off I bought house hold supplies and personal hygiene products
