I have used this company since 2015. Service and support TERRIBLE!! Would not recommend, even if it was free! Update - gave my notice that we are leaving them for Avionte and boy the service got worse. Shocked they can get worse. We are leaving this company to go PAY more money double at a competitor. In these times spending more money is hard, but you have to get a way from companies that don't care for their clients! Got real WOKE and can't wait for the day they go broke!! They are a joke. Less than impressed with Tempworks. The system has a lot of great things to offer but freezes frequently along with a few other operational issues. We were over promised and they have under delivered. We were told the system came with a number of integration items and then when requesting to get those set up for us, billed to have them added in. Be sure to document communication with the sales person so you can prove what you were promised. They charge you for everything when you call to technical support and don't disclose that they will be charging you. It took them 2 months to tell me how they determine what is a billable call to the support team. Communication and training are less than impressive. They will train you on something in the system incorrectly then charge you to explain it to you the correct way. Many hidden fees and poor communication. This system was supposed to take away the administrative bog our old system had but has only added to that. The transition to this company 6 months has created many issues for our small staffing company. The transition has harmed our reputation in the community. I implore you to explore other option and don't let the low price they quote you draw you in. They bill you for many other items and don't discuss them with you beforehand. Bottom-line – trust your gut. My gut told me something was fishy with this company and the sales person I dealt with. Trust those instincts.
Tempworks has a habit of mass hiring then shifting new hires into positions they weren't hired for then fire them when they fail at the new unknown position. Beware if you interview with them that there is a very good chance this will happen to you as well.
Customer service and tech support are nowhere to be found. I understand that they're quarantined in Minnesota but surely a software company can figure out how to work remotely?
Fun place to work. Laid back atmosphere everyone is friendly and it's a small community. I get the opportunity to work with new technology which is something I love to do.
Disgusting interview experience and very unprofessional. I would not trust any of the engineering managers here. AVOID
Very difficult to work with. The owner can be very combative, argumentative, and inappropriate.
