Found this amazing estate & antique jewelry store after searching on YouTube the difference between a Rubellite and a pink tourmaline. Their gemologist does AMAZING videos featuring some of their unique pieces while teaching us about the stones, time period, etc. Can't say enough about my experience with the entire team, very prompt with answering questions, texts as many photos as I need and even making recommendations based on my personal taste. I've purchased several pieces and I can't be more thrilled. Everything is gorgeous, exactly as described and arrived within a couple days, beautifully gift wrapped. I will definitely be a long term customer from here in California & can't wait to find my next treasure at Tenebaum!

Wow! I had such a great experience last week at Tenenbaum Jewelers. The team at Tenenbaum’s were so responsive fielding my phone calls and emails until I was finally ready. I met with Cristina shortly after arriving and she was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process quick and seamless. After months of searching for third-party buyers I’m so upset I didn’t come straight to Cristina. She really went above and beyond and provided me a straightforward and honest approach to it all and exceeded my expectations.

Jesse and Jason helped me with a custom engagement ring design that turned out fantastic! Prices were fair and the quality of the custom design was outstanding. I had a complicated design, and I provided my own stones and my own band. They were very accommodating, gave me great advice, and helped me get my design complete! I tried going to different jewelry stores but nobody was willing to work with me scared by the complex design or they had outrageous prices. Jason the jewelrer was very professional and knowledgeable, with amazing skill that resulted in a beautiful ring. Thanks to him my custom design ended up looking amazing. My now fiance is very happy! Cristina help me tremendously. She was first class/professional/ thorough and very knowledgeable about the stone we were working with. I would recommend this store and especially Cristina with any of one's jewelry needs. One other employee in the store, Bay was nice and helpful.

I have never met or worked with a nicer group of people, especially at a fine jewelry store!! Truly, every member of their staff is knowledgeable and a delight to work with. I have had a wonderful experience repairing estate pieces of jewelry that used to sit in a box. It is so lovely to feel like you can bring your own pieces for repair, resizing or reworking with a team of jewelers who appreciate your sentimental items. I recently attended a Lunch and Learn event and had the most wonderful time! The speakers, Daniel Irion and Charlene Simmons, gave a detailed explanation of the evolution of Art Deco style pieces into the modern day jewelry designs we see today. Daniel and Charlene made the whole experience one I will never forget. If you ever find yourself lucky enough to be included at an event hosted by Tenenbaum - GO!
