I have gotten thousands of plants from Tammy and all of them have been very good. Ferns, daylillys and vinca minor all very good!!!

I should have learned my lesson the first time. But I tired them again.
Plant CAME dead. I sent pictures, was told it's dormant. SO I footed it in. Guess what even with plant food and plant lights. IT DEAD!
I'll bet they'll even refuse to post review because they can't handle the truth!

They sent the wrong item to me. There is no way 10 square feet of moss can fit in a 1 square foot box so I refused it. They refuse of give a refund, offered store credit which I did not want, only to retract the offer for store credit later in the conversation. They hang up on me when I try to call to resolve my issues with the owner. They apparently don't do refunds, only store credit. Be aware of the fine print on their website before making any purchases.
UPDATE 2/8/17 4:42pm est: They called my employer to try to threaten me professionally for a dispute with a personal transaction, taking this to a completely different level. Their exact words are "... and we will get your measley paycheck too". (I like to imagine them saying this while hunched over while rubbing their hands, in some supervillian-type lair). They are also saying that I am slandering them by typing this honest review and will come after me for that. These people are frightening to do business with,
UPDATE 3/23/17 5:41pm: They called my employer again in another attempt to harm me professionally over a personal transaction. Tammy Sons wrote "I am sending your voicemails with time stamps to your boss also." They also stalked my professional email address to send me communications there as well. They submitted false information to Tennessee Consumer Affairs, and only after I proved their statement to be filled with lies they are now offering store credit for the original (minus shipping) which I will not use. Furthermore, they are now claiming that they lost $10,000 in sales in the time they spent on the phone with me and/or ignoring my calls to their sales line and customer service department. I don't know what nursery makes $10,000 every 5 minutes, but these people claim to. Their exact email to me states, "We have 3 phone lines and you kept them tied up with your concessive calls and it has forfeited us over $10k in sales." Still awaiting refund of my monies. Anyone who does business with these people needs their head checked.

Zero stars, if possible. DO NOT purchase from them! Was shipped dead plants and immediately notified them of this. They told me I didn't know what I was doing (I have planted thousands of barefoot plants) and to plant them anyway. After one month they finally agreed to cover the cost of the plants (now in the heat of the summer) but not shipping. When I reordered in the fall (still within the one year "guarantee") they refused to honor my credit saying it expired. Never would anyone speak with me on the phone despite my requests. Awful experience.

This is the worst internet shipping experience. I placed the order of $640 privet hedge plants at Sep 4, 2017. The company immediately bill to the credit bank but without shipping the merchandise in a month. I tried very hard to reach the company help line. The lady answer the phone to tell me if I had a cancel requested, she didn't want to talk about it, then handed up the line. I dispute the charge to the credit card department. They put wait and cancel. Another month past, the company recharged the amount to the credit card by cheat the merchandise was delivered.. Another week later at 11/14/2017, the company suddenly delivered a small parcel of the dry, dying, small amount plants to me to indicate the delivery completed. The merchandise is 100% not marching the advertisement. Don't become a victim of this bad company.
