Thanks Mark for your help today. You were so honest with me about the issues with my guitar and provided me with a reasonable remedy. I was referred to you by Fender directly and they were spot on in terms of great service. I also really appreciated the ability to set and appointment with and have a one on one experience without the distractions that can be found in a large music store. Thank you again for your service Mark.
The Absolute Best Luthier in Denver! Mark is a true artist and the knowledge he brings is second to none Mark built my Bucketcaster Deluxe and it is just a true piece of art and a pleasure to play! If you need any work on a guitar make an appointment You Will Not Be Disappointed! Lifetime customer earned! Christopher T
Mark knocks it out of the park! I'm a new musician and recently purchased a new Fender jazz Bass to start learning on. I've been in the music industry for a while and wanted to get into the game so to speak. The guitar was buzzing at higher octaves and the frets protruded from the neck on both sides making it slightly uncomfortable to play. I also wanted to make sure I wasn't learning bad habits to cover up a poorly setup guitar. I found out that Mark operates by appointment only so he can dedicate 100% of his time to you and your needs, make sure you call first. I asked a ton of basic questions during the appointment, and he was happy to dig in, answer them all, and explain the how and why of the setup process. His genuine love for music, the instruments and quality service shows. He works on electric and acoustic guitars as well and other instruments like drums. I appreciated his knowledge and honesty and will be back anytime I need something done. He was a referral by another bass player, and I can see why. Top notch in his field, very impressed.
Mark is an Honest and Hard Working Luthier in the Denver area! I brought my mother's old Hohner in and he was honest about the work it would need and that it would go over the actual value of the guitar in the first place. Any other businessperson would have taken my money and not say anything at all! He recommended purchasing a new piece and then having it setup by him, which I plan on doing! Thanks for the great assistance and keep on rocking!
I haven't been here yet, but I' going to give it a try due to what I hear about his experience with working on guitars and the knowledge I hope he truly will be. That's all that means to me. I appreciate my instruments like always. I feel he can do the work right. I'll let you know!! Guitarist, Dubie Dave. Everyone - Rock-'n'-roll!!!!! Don't forget to never give up! EVER!!!!!!!! You may see or hear me around at some point in time somewhere,
15+ years of taking care of my Guitars the best of the best. There is not much else to say. Last work I had was a re-fret on my Strat it went from great to amazing. Detailed work in which Mark makes sure your guitar is right for you.
I will keep this short and to the point. In my experience Mark is the most knowledgeable luthier in town, period. Whether you need serious guitar work or a quick setup, he is a top notch highly qualified professional as good as you'll find anywhere. Couldn't recommend him higher. Doesn't hurt that he's a great guy too and a pleasure to work with.
Mark did an amazing nitro finish on a maple neck I brought him. Got it done in less than two weeks to boot. He's a super nice guy and very knowledgeable.
It's rare to find the level of passion Mark has for his customers and the work he does. I should say "fellow musicians" rather than customers. He walked me through the science that goes into the tech that goes into the guitar to make sure I understood what we were going to do. It's like having your own private guitar tech. The workmanship is AAA and priced more than reasonably. I will not go to anyone else now that I've found him. Thank you Mark. It's nice to know that someone out there gives a **** about how we perform.
I brought my Les Paul to Mark after purchasing it used and the previous owner had some very poor quality work done to it. Mark was able to repair and correct the workmanship issues bringing it back to a gorgeous playing and looking guitar. This guy is truly a master of his craft! Spend ten minutes with this gentleman and you will recognize he is a true craftsman and professional. I feel the price is affordable given the level of experience and mastery workmanship Mark provides. AAA+++ Thank you Mark! -Clay T
