Tera Painting offers a variety of services.

Exterior/Interior Painting
Our qualified team will formulate a competitively priced bid based on the work required to complete your interior or exterior paint job.

Exterior
All surfaces included in the paint bid will be pressure washed to remove debris, dust, mildew, and any other particulates before applying any coats. After drying, surfaces will be scraped and sanded to a stable substrate. All bare wood will be primed and sealed. Caulk will be applied to all open joints to prevent excess moisture from entering the siding and trim.

Any carpentry work, per the bid, will also be completed - this typically involves the removal and replacement of dry rotted, wet rotted, or extremely checked or weathered wood. Our painters will apply masking to windows and cover plants and walkways to eliminate the risk of overspray. The finish coats will then be sprayed and back brushed to ensure full and even coverage to effectively protect and beautify your home.

Interior
All surfaces will be wiped down with a Tri-Sodium-Phosphate (TSP) mixture to remove oil, grease, dirt, and any other impurities. Protective painter's plastic will be laid down to avoid the transfer of any paint to surfaces like carpet, wood floors, or anything not intended to receive paint. Surfaces will be sprayed, brushed, and or rolled per customer specificiations.

Pressure Washing
Pressure washing is a process required prior to most exterior painting projects. A motorized sprayer is used to remove debris, mildew, loose paint, and other unwanted material from a surface with a high pressure water spray. Pressure washing is typically scheduled and completed several days prior to the start of a painting project, as the siding requires sufficient time to dry before painting can begin.

Carpentry
Tera Painting has the tools and skills to complete basic carpentry jobs in addition to painting. Replacing cupped siding boards, replacing rotted window frames, and entire exterior envelope repair to name a few!
