Excellent service and really nice place, it’s such a pleasure to support such a Black business, different people gather at this place to enjoy Senegalese food. Don’t be fooled by the esthetic, the plates will get you full real quick. Oh and, Elisabeth is the nicest waitress in Boston.
As a Senegalese national, I validate the taste of the food!! Everything was like I am back in Senegal! Owner and employees are very welcoming "Teranga"! The venue is clean and nice
Great food and atmosphere! It was so good I ended up coming back two nights in a row. Both the chicken and lamb dishes are extremely delicious and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I'd definitely come here again.
Absolutely phenomenal food and drinks. We really enjoyed our meals and can't wait to go back. I'm usually a fan of couscous, but got a meal with Jasmine rice. It was incredible and I don't regret it all. Highly recommended!
Awesome food. Superb hospitality. Loved everything about it.
We love Teranga. We had never eaten West African food and loved the flavors of the roasted meats. The appetizers are fun too. It's like a little Hidden Gem with superb home cooked food. We're in Boston for a year and every time we stay in the South End we find ourselves returning to try something new on the menu.
Warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff are more than happy to introduce you to the cuisine and guide you through the menu. Remarkably good house cocktails with a range of flavors. And the food was incredible; we ordered a range of things and shared them around the table. There wasn't a single disappointment among those plates.
Bountiful African flavors that remind me of the Caribbean, plenty of dietary options and good portion sizes. One of my favorite ethnic places to eat! Look forward to something new to enjoy!
Charming restaurant. Great service mainly because I went for lunch during the week and the place was pretty empty. Interesting flavors. Good change of variety. Highly recommend a try.
