Called for a termite inspection on 5/23/22. I was given an appointment window of noon-4pm for the next day 5/24/22. No one showed. Called and first representative said he had no record of any appointment. He transfers me to an "Arizona" rep. She tells me I had an appointment for 5/23/22 from 3-5pm. I tell her none one showed then either but my appointment wasn't for that date and no one showed for the day i had scheduled. Who is running this operation? Try Truly Nolen instead. They keep their appointments and know how to schedule.

Our Terminix technician CAMERON is the best! Cameron called a few days before our service to confirm he was coming. Then, Cameron showed up perfectly on time, and was polite, respectful, professional, thorough -- and so very NICE! Im soooooo disappointed with terminix..i was given a certain time for tech to show up.Not only did she not show up. she Expected us to return home while we were running errands to meet her. We said fine so we rushed home just to be told she was stuck in traffic and wouldnt be there for 45 minutes. I asked her to reschedule.she said she would call next day once she looked at her times available.to this day i have not heard from her.i called back to office and got a recording to leave our phone number and brief message...i did. And no call back either.

They can’t figure out how terminate your contract six months after you have moved, still getting a bill every month and have to call every month to resolve it. Like a pest you just can’t get rid of.
