Was recently behind one of your work vehicles on ridge pike and your driver with a license plate ending in 4486 was driving so erratically that they almost ran me off the road. If your drivers drive this way, I can only imagine how their work service is.

Terra Group did a recent HVAC installation for us and went absolutely above and beyond to ensure the job was done well. The technicians arrived on time, were kind and courteous, and took care to let us know when the work was complete. They have also been out to perform maintenance and have the same positive attitude and work ethic that we experienced during the initial installation. I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC replacement or service!

Terra Group HVAC is fantastic! They are great communicators who explain everything as they go. Dmitriy has come to our house the two times we used their service. He is always friendly and genuine about the work and problems associated with our HVAC. Their prices are incredibly fair, and I would not go to anyone else for services. Terrible experience… the apartment building I live in hires them they tell me that they are gonna arrive with specific times. Then they didn’t show up Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday's or Thursday finally came Friday and they told me they would be there each of those days . Came 5 hrs late from the time they told me, then they said they’ll be there in 30 minutes but was 1hr and 40 minutes until they really arrived. They jerk you around and tell you they’ll be there I sat around the whole week for them. No respect for your time and one time I called and some lady answered and said she was on her lunch and would call back like you have no respect for my time why can’t I call on your time. And she never did call back. A bunch of jerk offs that jerk u around and lie to u. Don’t tell me times that u can’t stick too.

When I needed a replacement for my HVAC unit, I did a Google search for nearby companies and collected 7 quotes from the ones that had a high Google ranking in service. The line items for quotes were quite similar, give and take, except for the price for a similar spec and service. Terra Group was one of the last ones I interviewed after receiving a referral from a neighboring association's lead maintenance person. The owner, Alex returned my call quickly despite the holiday weekend and offered a competitive price. His crew came and installed the unit on time, with a professional and caring attitude. I certainly recommend their services and will reach out in the future should we have issues again. I am grateful for their partnership in getting this resolved for me.

Great people, competitive prices and they offer warranty and semi-annual check ins. I recommend it.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Dmitriy showed up the same day that I called and walked me thru the process of what was going on with my AC unit and what he was going to do to fix it. He was incredibly honest and professional, the price was almost 400.00 less than the original estimate that I received! I could not recommend them more to anyone that needs AC help. Update: I just used them again for a heating issue. Dmitriy showed up and was once again amazing. He was thoughtful and explained everything so well and I felt that he wanted to do the best for me and my home. If you have a HVAC issue use them! They also have a dynamite service package that I plan on getting.
