If their rental management is as professional and helpful as their customer service and front office staff then I can't wait to rent from them! From Renea' in the front office to Beau who showed us some homes - I cannot say enough good things! Renea sat with me looking the rental properties online, called a couple of other agencies and gave me valuable insight into several neighborhoods in the metro area. She took her time helping me search and introduced me to Beau one of the eager and professional agents. He showed us the homes we requested to view and additionally helped me find more meeting the criteria I need. I truly hope we find the home that I need through Terramark- after reading so many bad reviews about some other property management agencies in the Jackson area I really look forward for to renting from Terramark!
