Terrell Mill Shoe & Luggage Repair

I have been taking my shoes here for a couple years and have always been happy with the service and had no problem. However, this past week I took my favorite pair of Sergio Rossi boots in to have the heels cut down and retapped. When I picked them up today, the sole was chewed up on one boot the covering of the sole had been scratched off in the arch and had exposed the fiber of the sole of the arch and I also found a tear in the upper of that same boot. My shoes are like my children and this was one of my most beloved pairs so I know for a fact that neither of these issues existed before I dropped them off. When I brought the boot back, they denied responsibility, told me that they get 100s of pairs of shoes in a week and that I probably just didn't notice the tear before I dropped them off. They said if they were responsible, the tear would have been a straight line and cleaner. They didn't say anything about the condition of the sole, which they are definitely directly responsible for. I know I am not responsible for that tear. It is not at a natural angle or in a crease on the boot and I am careful to clean and condition those boots every 1-2 weeks so it didn't just come with wear. I'm really disappointed as I thought I found a trustworthy place, but I guess I have to keep looking.

I wish I could give this establishment a zero star if it was possible. I wonder how is it possible this people run a business in the USA seriously. I had my luggage damaged with Delta airlines from an international travel & I was told to go to any local bag repairer to fix it or give an estimate of the cost. I got to this jokers store not too far from my condos and politely asked for an assessment and a written note from the repairer to go ahead with my claims. The man I believe the store owner blatantly refused to assist me which was a shock for me. Probably expecting me to give him some money to do the write thing or since he wouldn't gain nothing to repair the bag as he claims he was a write off and couldn't be repaired. I had to take my luggage to another store off on Roswell road who were more of professionals & assisted me in doing the rightful thing. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to do business with this clowns bcos it seems you will have an inflated price from my findings.

I had a great experience here, I dropped off two pairs of heels one was a high end set worth more than $500 the other set very low end worth about $50. I got both back the next day and the owner did a beautiful job and polished my shoes for me. I can’t wait to bring more items back including some of my handbags!

I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an excellent service done for a reasonable price. The term I would use for their service is not "cheap" -- I would say it's "value" they provide. That being said, their services are certainly not expensive. I took in two pairs of Allen Edmonds to have the heels and soles completely replaced. The man behind the counter was very friendly and helped me understand exactly what he was going to do and even showed me another pair of shoes so that I could preview his work. For all new heels and soles he charged me under 60 bucks -- the price would be more than double if I sent the shoes back to Allen Edmonds. This is where the value came into play. AND he had everything done by the next day. Terrell Mill Shoe Repair provides an extremely high quality service coupled with great value. I am now a customer for life.

Fixed my Designer Bag and service was excellent

My suitcase was damaged on a recent flight and I brought the suitcase in for repair. Terrell Mill Shoe Repair repaired the torn section of the suitcase to "Brand New". The work was so excellent that you cannot tell the where the tear was located. On another note, I also brought in shoes to be "re-soled" and again excellent work. Terrell Mill Shoe Repair is great!!!

Hooray! I am so rarely impressed by service and quality, it seems so hard to find. I had deeply scraped some new, expensive leather shoes by tripping on concrete super clumsy and my husband had water damaged suede clarks. I just picked them up and they both look way better than I could have even imagined, I would never be able to work that magic! The guy doing all the work is super friendly and helpful, I'm so glad I went with the reviews on this one. I know it's a rare necessity for me but I would trust him with any work I need, I'd love to give him my bussiness! It only took 3 days and was very reasonably priced. Reposting on yelp, too.

My shoes are brand new! He does high quality work. You will pay a little more than other shoe places, but it's 100% worth it. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.
