If u are shopping for an electric car, look no further. Tesla is the best! Speak to someone at this showroom to plan your purchase. We stopped by, compared Model 3 vs Model Y. Found out Model Y is better value for price and just marginally more cost than a dual motor Model 3. Trevor who helped us is extremely knowledgeable and provided all the right recommendations from features/model to scheduling due to current backlog. He was super patient too.

The manager Dominique was exceptional. I conference my daughter to ask questions and She took the time to explain and answer our questions. She made us feel welcome and and she gave us detailed information. Chris was very helpful and courteous. Thank you for your time and service.

We came to see the showroom because we ordered a car and wanted to see the other colors in person. Google shows store closes at 9. We arrived around 6:50pm and a worker informed it was closed We walked by right now and I asked another worker who was outside when they closed and she said 7pm. Then, i am not sure why we were not able to see the showroom if we arrived before closing. I am not happy as we were on time and unable to see the cars in person. Tesla needs to update their hours on Google

Had a whole bunch of questions and a complicated situation that needed help clearing up. Even though the issues were with other locations, they were able to help with it remotely from here even though it didn’t even impact their store sales at all. The store manager was super helpful, patient, and generally kept a positive demeanor despite it being a really crazy season at the end of the year. I highly recommend this place

As with all Tesla Showrooms, this location is big, bright and has all the models to sit and take selfies of yourself and your friends inside the Tesla model of your choice. The friendly salespeople here are willing to answer all your questions related to the cars and the Tesla battery panel. They encourage you to sit in any of the cars and take as many pictures as you want. If you don’t own a Tesla yourself, it’s a great place to bring your out-of-town guests and family since it doesn’t cost anything to “just look” and dream.

What an amazing car dealer. Products all out to climb over. Friendly staff were not pushy at all. Changed my view on this great brand. Being an Engineer it was such a treat to play with the cars and to see such technical information too. Great location in Santana Row too. And open late for browsing too. Recommend popping in to have a look. Very interesting.

Fantastic service, efficient and quick. For a test drive they will just give the key and tell you where the car is parked and give you 15-20 minutes.

There is no reason why you wouldn’t like being at Tesla Motors! Usually crowded with many people jostling to get a picture inside the car! Being a car Iover i therefore missed some peaceful time with car and some executive giving technical update on the models!
