So, my wife took in her engagement ring for some repair work on a Friday, and we were told it would be done by Monday. I called Tuesday afternoon and they told me that they “forgot about it” and would have it done by that Thursday morning. I told them we couldn’t pick it up on Thursday, so we’d be by either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. Well, my wife went in this morning (Saturday) to pick it up, and when she went in, her ring still wasn’t ready! They hadn’t even started on it! They said that it would only take about 15 minutes to fix, but the older guy that works there was just sitting on a couch watching TV when my wife went in there...?! So, she waited there while he spent the 15 minutes to fix it, and fortunately she has her ring back. That will be the last time we ever give them our business, and I can not in good conscious recommend them to anyone!!! Laziness while at work, forgetting about my wife’s ring, broken time commitments, and taking a week to do a 15 minutes repair...! Please look elsewhere if you’re needing jewelry or jewelry repair!

I have taken in many items for cleaning and appraisal. Teton Jewelers did an amazing job at both! They are a reliable and dependable company and I continue to trust them.

I have known that these jewelers cared about what they do but right before Christmas I brought my husbands wedding ring because it was badly damaged while he was working. They did miracles with it and didn't charge me a thing. But my sister came from out of town and last night her wedding set broke. She was heartbroken so I told her I would take her to Teton Jewelers to see if they could fix it. Yes they can but he told her that her prongs were loose too. They are so wonderful there I recommend them to everyone. And to the man sitting in there when we came in. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts.

Took in my fiancé's engagement ring for resizing and repairing, overall was not happy with the finished job. We needed the channels remade, when we picked it up the top diamond was crooked. After another week the diamond was realigned but there was noticiable damage on the side of the ring. Other issues include a poor resizing job where they left it thin, uneven with a visible line where the cut was made. The ring was not polished with tool marks throughout and bubbles left from the soldering. It took them 5 weeks instead of the estimated 2 weeks. On top of $350 I paid them, I now have to pay another jeweler over $300 to make more repairs. I made the mistake of paying first and not checking the work and now I am paying the consequences.

Dropped my ring off at 11 a.m. and got it back that afternoon at 4 p.m. It was resized, soldered, recoated, and polished. AND for just over 50 bucks. Best prices and service in town, and you can't beat the personal touch that comes with dealing with a family business. I couldn't be happier.
