Texas Roadhouse

Went to dinner with my girlfriend and the place was PACKED but it didn't lessen the experience for the food that was brought to us. I'm a big guy but I couldn't finish my meal so don't expect to leave hungry! Everyone was nice and kept conversation going when needed. Excellent steaks, maybe the best in Billings. Great food otherwise. My wife had the beef ribs which were outstanding. Loud family place and often crowded. That's good. I do have a negative comment, though. There is too much sugar in many of the items. The gravy and the rolls are much too sweet.

I have eaten here a couple of times and have not been disappointed. But I was blown away the last time I went. Everything was delicious especially the steak. The service was fantastic. I will definitely be back.

The food was AMAZING! The service could have been better, we had to wait so long for our drinks and rolls. I get it was busy, I've just never had to wait so long to even see our waitress. She'd disappear for like 10 min or more at a time.

The service was friendly and the atmosphere was really on that evening with games on the TV and the staff wishing someone a happy birthday every 10 minutes. The appetizers where amazing and the bread was delicious. But that's about all I can say for their quality of food. My burger was burnt charcoal on the outside and super red in the middle, not at all what I ordered. Most of the condiments where either off the burger or sticking out of the side, clinging for dear life. The chicken was a little dry and tasted a little bland, even with seasoning. I know they are busy but wish they take more time to ensure the quality of the food is optimal. It's not a terrible restaurant by any means, but they could stand to up their presentation and food quality by a bit.

OUTSTANDING service and food. Ordered their lunch special and mine was the pork chop... salad, great; loaded baked potato, great almost a meal in itself; BUT, the pork chop itself, eh-h-h. Dry, overdone... told waiter that tho everything else had been great, the chop wasn't. He apologized and brought another complete meal! THIS time everything was perfect! I'd already eaten the whole baked potato, and had little room for another meal, but I had to try it, and check out the pics. Couldn't have been any better

The fried chicken was outstanding and the green beans were tasty if a bit salty. The 8 oz NY Strip was cooked perfectly medium. Great flavor and the desired tenderness. The loaded baked potato was cooked properly and really loaded. Prompt service even though very crowded. This place is high energy so don't go there expecting a sedate dining experience. Strongly recommend using the app to get on the wait list ahead of time. The wait time was very accurate.

The dinner and drinks were delightful!! Our server was a young man with dangling chain earrings and he was so polite and had a wonderful sense of humor and even at almost close, had very good attitude and was just super polite and quick. Can't say enough good about him. The steaks my boyfriend and I ordered were cooked excellent and the baked potato and bread was fresh and delicious. Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids. Restaurant is loud with lots to look at Parking: Decent parking lot. Could be a bit bigger Wheelchair accessibility: Have a nice layout

Driving through on our family vacation and stopped here for dinner. The staff was very friendly. I had a hard time picking something out, I didn’t want a huge portion, so I went for a salad with chicken on it, still massive. Texas, I get it! We’re not bringing leftovers with us on the trip and to pay for food you’re not going to eat us a bummer. My daughter wasn’t fond of the cheeseburgers she ordered, kids can be particular. It was obvious she wasn’t into them and our server did her absolute best, without being pushy, to find something else that she’d eat, with no luck. With out us complaining or asking, the waitress took the uneaten cheeseburgers off our check. Which we really appreciated! Although maybe this restaurant wasn’t our cup of tea, the staff was great, you get lots of food and won’t go home hungry.
