Good place to live in without issues. Zero noise complaints, alright gym + rooftop, incredible lobby, friendly staff. Management is not responsive though so don't expect any replies.

Really nice building. The management is really good and the doormen are great. There are some comments here about specific doormen but they have all been great to me. Tickets get answered pretty quickly if any. I lived here for 5 years and loved it.

I live in 505 west 37 street. All of the doorman, repairmen, and general staff are extremely accommodating and friendly at all hours. The building is very well -maintained and great location.

My Daughter lives there since June 2013 and I visit her in April 2014 and I found it great. Look at my Pictures.

Great apartment building with excellent lobby . The rooftop is also amazing with good 360 view. The apartments have a great design.

Leasing staff lies, they dont clean windows after you move in, they show your apartment to others once you say you are leaving even if you are not present

Have lived Here for 5+ years. Even know some neighbors who have been here that long.
