This school provides a very high quality of education. All four of my daughters speak french fluently. Two are in the Senior School, one is in the Junior School, and the other has graduated and now studies at University of Pennsylvania. They always rave about how amazing their teachers and friends are and truly love the TFS community. The facilities are excellent as they have a pool, and provide skating lessons to the younger grades. Though the workload from teachers to students can sometimes be very tough, staff also ensures that a strong support is in place for students at all times. The IB was very useful when my eldest daughter was applying to university. All in all, I would recommend this school to anybody who values education and a global mindset.

Avoid TFS at all costs. I had my kid there for 3 years and it cost me over 75000 dollars that i paid cause i wanted the full French education. However, everyone in the school speaks English all the time, starting with the Principal, secretaries, teachers, parents and of course the kids.
On top of that, their teachers are very average. Only the Petit Ecole, or kindergarden is okay if you get a nice teacher. We were lucky but there was another class next to ours where the teacher forgot a kid alone in the classroom for more than one hour. Another of the kids got lost and nobody knew where he was for hours.
In the Elementary school they have the worst experience. The teachers are lazy, rude and bully the kids whose mothers are not coming to the school. I saw this with my own eyes. They had one little 7 year old kid who got yelled, blamed and accused of just about everything cause his parents never showed up.
In my case, my 7 year old kid fell during recess and her whole face was bloodied and swollen, she broke 2 teeth, broke her lips and her nose. It was very bad. The school handled like it was nothing. Another kid her age took her to the office and the English teacher saw her bleeding and she could not care less. She allowed the other little kid to take her to the office. Once there they clean her up very well so I would not be horrified. When I got there she was sitting all by herself crying with nobody by her side. It was so disturbing to see that none of the adults there took any compassion on the state of my child, no one felt the need to comfort her. On top of that nobody could tell me what happened. Nobody saw anything.
My kid was in a public school before and she got a very minor small scratch and the principal called me herself to apologize to me for what happened and it was nothing, I was very impressed buy the care they showed me for nothing. In TFS was the total opposite.
Another day a companion of my child fell and kept complaining it hurt but they never took her seriously. They did not call the mom they did nothing. Once the mom saw her and took her to the doctor, she had a small fracture on her leg. TFS did not even had an incident report filed.
So you go and pay 25000 per year to hand your child to a school that does not care at all about your kid, only about the money you pay.
My kid was bullied by her teacher the last year she was there and the school did nothing. The English teacher was rude and yelled at the kids for nothing after her showing up late to the class with her coffee in hand, like she is the boss. What do you expect kids to do if you are not in class when you are supposed to? They will play and be loud of course.
My kid was there during the Olympics and the school decided to make it Olympics week so they place a screen in the Gym with the games and let the kids not have class the whole time. This is not why I paid my kid to go to school.
Also the pool is there for them to charge you for swimming classes, mandatory. Students there cannot access the pool for any other reasons than the overcharged classes.
TFS is always coming up with excuses to give the kids classes in the middle of the day, like skating, swimming, music, etc. and all the do is reduce the teaching time to nothing. But they get to charge for all this extra activities so is good for business.
Their curriculum is a mess. They told us that they followed the French school system but they added IB and also international school standards so the result is a mix of the 3 with no sense at all.
This school lost a lot of parents that like me decided to pull their kids out at any cost. I am so glad we got out. It was a monumental waste of money. If you are rich and want to go surround yourself with other useless divas then TFS is the place for you.

I do not speak French. My children have attended TFS since JK and are fluent in French. You do not have to be French speaking parent to have your child attend TFS.

New students/parents need to be cautious. Despite what they tell you , being a French speaking parent IS a HUGE advantage. If your child speaks French before enrolling your likley in a good place. If you don't have a French speaking child/parent, THINK before you enroll.

I agree with some of the recent reviewers. This school is impressive LOOKING................
As the reviewer below notes, the loss of France accreditation is devastating.
