TGI Fridays

The service was good; servers and manager were very nice and accommodating. Food was outstanding and very tasty...nothing bad. Had a great time, even chitchatted with other customers....will definitely come back!

The customer service was great Saturday night! Melanie was great! I had my dessert 1st the Tennessee whiskey cake I think they changed the cake on the dessert ? But then I had the fried green bean with wasabi , yum! the meals were great as well! Spicy shrimp/extra shrimp Alfredo! And my homie had the sizzling chicken & shrimp! Everything Came out great!

This was not their shining moment. No cheese on the nacho, not much sauce on the chicken, I had to ask for silverware and napkins. The staff was nice, however nice cannot make up for bad food. We left most of it and the Manager did not make up pay for the food. I hope that if we ever go back, it will be much better!

My drink was BOMB and my bacon whiskey burger was on point as well!!! Way better service then the one on Sahara and Arville i believe it is. Its in the same parking lot as Goodwill and across the street from the WIC office.

Service was the best I've ever had! Sadly this location is supposively closing in 12 days from today but the food, drinks, & service is always good here. It's just a slow location. Hopefully everyone keeps their job and transfer!

The chef in the kitchen did the thing. Thus no pics of the food. The mixologist gave me a drink that made me want more but I had to drive. I didn't drive btw. We had a waiter in training but the lady training him knew her stuff and made this a great experience. Did I mention the free stuff I got from singing up with the reward program.

Food was delicious. I wish I could remember the bartenders name, she was fantastic and made me feel valued. I was in town for 2 nights on a business trip, I was very impressed with the bar service.

Excellent. Late night happy hour with half price apps... And donut cheesecake for dessert. Service was right on. Clean and delicious.

Had Erica as our server this evening, and she went above and beyond. We greatly appreciate her and look forward to coming back.

I lived by this location for 4 years about 2 years ago. My family would have dinner here like once a week and we were never disappointed. Great drinks, great service and great food. It was our spot. Now I live 20 minutes away and have made the drive to treat myself a few times and it's sad to see that it's not what it used to be. I'm the type to talk to and smile at everyone and this last time I went the only person who even acknowledged it was the hostess. I didnt recognize any of the staff anymore. multiple waitresses and the bartender just gave me this look of "I hate my life and would rather be anywhere but here." It was extremely off putting. I also waited 30 minutes for food and our waitress made a comment suggesting my sisters boyfriend looked like a female. I am extremely disappointed to see where this place has gone and the food was no where near what it used to be, I saw my waitress maybe all if 3 times the entire time, including taking our orders and our check. I still gave 4 stars because I'm hoping that this was just an off day and I'd hate to put down one of my favorite spots over one not so great experience. I hope next time is better or I wont be returning to this location.
