Cleaning of common and high touch areas during COVID by staff is almost non-existent. Elevator broken 4 of the past 6 months. Have complained about and reported both....nothing changes. However, the management company is consistently intent on getting their rent on time, no matter what!!!!

Ever since this company took over our apartment complex I could not wait to move out. They have no reservations about inconveniencing their residents. They are inconsiderate and don't mind inconveniencing the residents if it works out better or cheaper for them.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with

From the outside the property looks amazing! On the inside the carpet is dingy and Janki! When I asked for a different apartment like the one that was explained to me they wanted $1,000 deposit and $100 more a month.
