It was decent. The spring rolls tasted a little old. The vegetables inside were turning brown. It wasn't the best or worst spring roll I've had. The Drunken Noodles were average. Nothing memorable about it but it wasn't bad. The Chicken Satay was also average. Nothing exciting. Overall, not a disappointing meal but we won't be repeat customers. Service was great. He was very attentive every step of the way. The cost was what we expected for the quality of food they served. It didn't taste as fresh as some other Thai restaurants we've had around Colorado. There also doesn't seem to be AC in the restaurant. The doors were open and it was a bit warm inside. Nothing we couldn't handle but it was definitely noticeable. Parking: They share parking with a few other businesses
I've had take out from here several times in the past and found it okay. Today we ate in and it was great! The Cheese Wontons were some of the best I've ever had and the dipping sauce was spot on. We stopped in for a late lunch. There were three of us so our entire order consisted of three entrees 2 soups, 1 appetizer and 1 Thai tea. The total bill came to right around $100 with tip. Our entrees were Phad Thai, Thai Curry, which I think was a traditional yellow curry, and some sort of Thai chicken wing. The chicken wings were served with a cold noodle salad and sticky rice. They were so crunchy you could hear the crunch every single bite and had a wonderfully unique flavor. Over all a great meal.
Went here for lunch today. Decent place. The parking is not good at all. It’s in a tiny tiny strip and we had to wait to get parking. The restaurant is clean but kinda small. I think it’s family owned. The staff were very nice. The food tasted good but very less meat in the dishes. I have a mixed feeling about this place. Definitely give it a try for sure.
Wow this place is a must; food is great! If you are looking for some excellent Thai food you won’t go wrong at Thai Curry. We walked to the place from our location off of 4th street and Fox. I had the first item listed on the chalk board and was out of this world, the hot scale for me was Medium +, wife had Shrimp in garlic and boy was it tasty! Give this place a try you won’t be disappointed. Forgot to mention, Steamed Pork Dumplings we’re fantastic, mmm good!
As a traveler I could come back to Denver JUST to eat here and nothing else. The Mango Curry was strong and flavorful and just over all one of the best curries we have ever tried. My Crab Fried Rice was perfect it had a rich sea smell which seemed fresh and it's texture was pleasing as every bite was perfect. Our appetizers were Spring Rolls and Dumplings which were both just as good as everything else. It's unbelievable to me that we ate at a place with no complaints in the slightest. Along with the food, the service was great too, very kind & friendly and really finished off the experience. I would be lucky to eat here again.
GENUINE Thai hot... FINALLY! Such a cool, quaint family restaurant - I was so excited to hear that the owner actually ships in real Thai peppers and grinds them in-house. There's a big difference between "Thai hot" and what most other restaurants do which is add more red pepper flakes. Excellent service and even better food. I'll be back! Thanks for the recommendation, Jesse!
The best Thai food I've had in Denver in *years.* SO good. So good, in fact, that every dish was devoured and ooh-ed and ah-ed over before we could take photos! Not fancy decor, but the star is the food -- and the Thai owner/chef. Everyone was really kind, great service, very responsive, very clean. For a family birthday party, we chose Thai Curry sort of by chance, based on the great reviews and location, since we had people coming in from opposite directions. We had no idea that we stumbled upon a true gem. Everyone -- including a couple of people with dietary restrictions -- was wowed by the food and left happy. Definitely worth your support and dollars!
Wow! Delicious lunch for 1. Buni recommended the chef special: papaya salad, sticky rice, and fried chicken. Everything was to die for!! I wish I could get chicken like this everywhere in Denver. The papaya salad was exceptional I’m picky about this one. Buni was so helpful, has such a kind energy, and is beautiful! I will be back!Dine in: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: Yes
The waiter was nice, and the price was reasonable. However, I asked for the hottest spice level on the menu "Thai Hot" and even confirmed with the waiter that it would be very spicy. My food came out mild-medium *at best*. I'm not sure whether the waiter told the chef that I probably couldn't handle it, or whether the chef was using old, bland peppers, or something else. No matter---I didn't get what I ordered. I'm used to a massaman curry that makes me sweat and has lots of peanuts. This one was low on peanuts, but the portion size was great!
Food was very good. They have a choice of mild, medium, Thai hot. My choice was the medium since I had never been there before. I tasted the heat and it wasn't that hot for me. I don't think I'll choose that again because a taste is a lot different than having a whole bowl of it. The place was clean too. We got there a little before it got busy. I think we showed up there at a little after 7:00 p.m. Parking: Parking could get a little tight but it is a small place.
