Story

Here at Thai Pin, we welcome you to indulge in Southeast Asian cooking inspired by our two main chefs, Mama Amy and Mama Mia.

Mama Amy has been a chef her entire adult life, cooking and managing a variety of restaurants in southeast Asia and America for over 30 years. On the other hand, Mama Mia ran 3 successful restaurants in her homeland, Thailand, before coming to America.

Chef Mia brings the essential of Thai food; Som Tom (Papaya Salad), Tom Yum, Pad Thai and Aromatic Thai Chili Fish just to name a few.

Curry is Mama Amy's proudest work along with the poultry dishes, duck especially. Mama Chili Chicken, Rendang Chicken, Prawn Noodle Soup are also her signature dishes.
