Favorite Thai place to go to nearby. I love their Pad See Ew noodles and their green curry. The spiciness from the green curry balances out with the mild stir fry flavor of the noodles. Sometimes I switch it up and get the drunken noodles with the Panang. Honestly, you can't really go wrong here.
I love duck, so a plate full of Crispy Duck with Basil, with no veggies or peppers for me to push aside, was the perfect lunch for me. My server, Yalley, made sure it was spiced just right, and the Thai Ice Tea was refreshing and cut down on the heat. The whole staff worked very hard to provide excellent service while making sure all surfaces were clean and disinfected.
Delicious food and decently priced for lunch. I must indicate two issues I noticed. First, both menus we were given were covered in old food. Second, the handicap restroom isn’t very handicap accessible with the chairs blocking over half the hallway. To end on a positive note, the men’s and women’s restrooms were clean which was nice. Service was very prompt and food arrived quickly.
3.5 stars. This was a nice quiet date night with my husband. We didn't have service issues like others mentioned. Our waitresses were pleasant and helpful. Plus our food came out fresh. It is a little pricier than usual with slightly smaller portions. We both figured it was location. We ordered the drink with lychee. It took a while to come out, but it was very tasty. We would go here again for another quiet night, realizing that we are paying premium for location.
Fairly standard Thai fare. Decent offerings for lunch. The Drunken noodles with chicken were good. The noodles fell apart and were more clumpy than when they are at their best, but it happens with rice noodles. I like it spicier than they prepared it and with a few vegetables carrot, broccoli, string beans, etc. So nothing special for Drunken Noodles, just good. What was unique and tasty was the vegetable garden roll cold roll with rice paper wrap and peanut dipping sauce. I really liked that they added shredded beat. It adds excellent color to the presentation and it was really good. Some fried tofu would be a nice addition. I would order these again. Very tasty. Thaiphoon is worth checking out.
Okay Thai food. Large portion but greasy and not very flavorful. Service seemed slow and inefficient, but maybe they were having an off day. The paper straw was a nice touch.
Very nice and quiet place to have dinner. We got a seat as soon as we walked in and the service was excellent. Food was great and the pricing is very reasonable.
Tasty noodle dishes. Fast and friendly service. Large lunch portions. Nice, comfortable setting.
Staff was lovely. Food was okay but they have too much sugar and soy fish sauce. I hope them a bit milder.
I just tried their drunken noodle today. It has amazed me so much. Their food is very delicious. Their lunch special menu comes with decent price with decent amount of food . It's definitely worthy to try their food. Strongly recommended. My coworkers and I have become their loyal customer. Well done, Thaiphoon chefs!! Their drunken noodle with beef and Ka Pow with beef are strongly recommended!
