The Academy at Wagging Tails Pet Resort

We love Wagging Tails!! My pup has done both doggy daycare and overnight boarding. We were happy with both. Friendly, caring, knowledgeable staff and a great facility with indoor and outdoor play areas. Love that they post pictures on fb daily. My dog always comes home tired and happy! I highly recommend!!

My dog, Naya, has been going to Wagging Tails for years, she was one of their first pups! She loves this place. It’s clean, busy, and she has a blast every time. She needs medication administration twice per day and eats a special refrigerated diet. They have no problem accommodating her needs. The owner and all of the staff are so kind and caring. Great place to leave your furry friend for a day of play or a week of stay! Thanks Wagging Tails!!

I boarded my dog two times at Wagging Tails and he required a vet visit after each boarding stay. The first vet visit was for a respiratory infection and then the second was for an infection in both eyes. When I picked up my pup after the second boarding stay the staff nonchalantly said “he is waking up with crust in his eyes.” His eyes were actually completely crusted over to the point they should have let us know while we were away so the vet could have been contacted. I contacted Wagging Tails after picking up my pup and they responded by basically saying these things happen and there’s nothing they can do. I have boarded at many other facilities and never had to visit the vet immediately after. The staff at Wagging Tails are very nice but I won’t return with any of my dogs at this point.

As a boarding facility they seem to be on top of it! I'm not sure I would specifically recommend them to friends, but mostly because I am direct competition. I did apply and interview for a position with them to see if more stable income could be in my future; but they seemed so sparse of workers that the owner barely asked questions other than availabilty based ones. Honestly, it scared me off from working with them.

This please show true compassionate flexibility when we needed to board the dog off and on while a family member was in hospice. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Our dog always has a great time when she does daycare and boarding, goes in excited and then comes home happy but tired out! From the daily photos we can see she is having fun with enriching activities and playtime. Grooming service has also been a positive experience.

My dog, Cemi, has been joining playgroups here now for over a year. He started there at 8 months of age. The entire staff is marvelous!! They know my dog so well--his habits, moods, preferences. They take FANTASTIC care of him. He comes home happy and tired every day that he is there. As a pup parent, I feel confident leaving him in their care. He is always excited to arrive at the resort--the staff always greet him like he is a celebrity!!! I recommend this place without hesitation to other pup parents any time I can. Their groomer is also fabulous!!

Very caring and compassionate staff at this animal boarding and day care facility. They also have other services like grooming and training. All around best place to bring your pet to.

My dog loves going to daycare here so much, he doesn’t even turn around to look at me when I drop him off! And I really enjoy looking through the adorable pictures they post on their Facebook page at the end of the day to see what my dog did in daycare. **UPDATE** They were able to make a beautiful paw print ornament of my uncooperative dog! Still loving WGPR!!!
