Love the instructors! Down to earth, patient, knowledgeable and all amount the craft. So many places are just looking to exploit the art for money, but everyone here is truly a master of the craft and in it for the love of teaching!

This place is awesome. My son started classes 3 weeks ago and he loves it. The instructors definitely know what they are doing, and they take there time with the students.

A great group of people who know their stuff. Their lessons are practical, dynamic, and fun. This is the type of place where you find that you want to train harder and improve yourself.

I took a self-defense class here and it was so informative. The instructors really take time to explain everything and they really do focus on proper technique so you don't injure yourself. Nik is great - I learned so much from him while having fun at the same time!

Laid back atmosphere they encourage asking questions, not rigid practicing just for the sake of practicing. Very practical, street ready advice and techniques.
