I see this milk tea place has high rating, so I ordered. However, I was pretty disappointed. I ordered Royal No.9 Milk Tea with brown sugar boba. The brown sugar boba tasted not like brown sugar. It has a weird taste like cheap artificial sweetness. Unfortunately I had to throw it away.

This is an amazing place where to get your Boba Drinks. It is in the Palazzo Shopping Area, look for it. It is worth the effort. Delicious and amazing customer service!!! Very nice and clean place to sit and relax. Great variety of drinks!!!! Fully recommend!!!

Really bad customer service! When I was paying the cashier was in such a hurry that she even signed for me, totally illegal! I paid extra to get Boba and they didn't even add it to my drink! Don't recommend this location!

We had so much expectations and Vegas has so many good bubble tea options! We had to throw away both teas half way so as not to waste calories as it was so NOT GOOD!

Josh went above and beyond to help out in a crazy situation. Really appreciate his willingness to get the order to where it needed to go. Will definitely order from again!!

There boba is amazing
