My family and I absolutely LOVE going here!! We go at least once a week and every time it is amazing. The service is great, food is great, and the bowling is fantastic. The go carts are something that the kids (and adults) are awesome. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO

Weekday service in the bar and grill could have been better. Food was still good. Price a little steep. Bowling was fun and not very crowded. The game room needs a better variety of games. Didn't do the go carts this time, but was fun on last trip. Nice indoor facility for cool winter day.

Myself and a few friends came and purchased the $18 bundle and were told that it would not be valid after midnight as they were hosting an after prom. After bowling for a little bit, we got to the line for the laser maze and waited about 10 minutes before it was our turn. It was 11:33 and the girl manning the maze told us our stamps were no longer valid after 11:30. We were told two separate times that the stamps were valid until 12. I spent nearly $20 to play 3 rounds of bowling. I hate to rate a business so low based on one experience, but the fact that the teams communication was off is an issue, and also how the associates choose to not honor associate mistakes is a little alarming. I’ve worked retail for a while now and know that the customer is not always right but if it’s an associate screw up, you do something to honor it. Or at least apologize.

It was fun. We had a blast doing the races and the maze. When we was bowling our rack stayed down twice. We called for service and they said they was fixing it. It took 10 min to fix, I had to go and speak to them about giving our 10 min back. He gave it to us since I spoke to him. We bought a pizza and pitcher of soda for $25. The pizza was not worth it to us. The pepsi tasted flat. I spoke to a worker, she replaced half of it. Cause I poured the soda in the cups so the pitcher was half gone. Other then that we did have a blast.

I have had 6 birthday parties here. My kids nieces and nephews all love it here. If you have kids with winter birthdays i strongly recommend this place. It has lots to do indoors for a great price. I always get the kingpin package because it comes with unlimited go cart rides and bowling and arcade games. We are never disappointed and the food is great too. Very great service as well.
