She was so patient with me and took the time to explain the entire home buying process with me before we even got started looking. She and her team created a reference binder and have some extremely strong vendor partnerships shout out to Travis and his team at The Mortgage Network and Ricky with Home Inspection One. The ART of Real Estate team made the process so smooth by scheduling inspections and organizing paperwork in an efficient manner. We were miraculously able to close on time a month and have items repaired. I cannot recommend Mary Kate highly enough – she is well versed with market trends, is very responsive and knows how to streamline the process of purchasing a home.

The ART of Real Estate was one of our easiest decisions. We were recommended to them by a relative in another state. From the moment we started speaking with them, they were on top of everything. We were matched with Andrew, and he and the whole team were nothing short of amazing. Andrew was very down-to-earth, open and honest, and willing to work with us even on a holiday weekend. The entire team made sure to put our needs first and make us feel like we were their only customers. If you are looking for a real estate team, these are your guys! We started the process and closed on our home less than two months apart. The process was very smooth, and we are first-time home buyers! Andrew made sure we understood everything through each step!

The ART of Real Estate did a fantastic job putting our place up for sale, taking great pictures and putting together a 360 view that captured the feel of the home. We were under contract within three days, and then that buyer's financing fell through and the process stalled. After a brief stall, Andrew was able to work his magic and we had a ton of activity and two more offers arrived around the same time. Andrew gave us great advice and guided us through this process. He was prompt, articulate, and represented our best interests. After that there were some issues which can often happen with real estate. For a short while it looked like the second offer might have fallen through and we would be re-listing. Things dragged on and there was not a lot of transparency that Andrew or we could see, but Andrew checked in with us regularly with updates as he knew them. When the situation changed, he advised us and we always felt that we were in good hands. We also were somewhat comforted knowing that if this fell through, he could sell it again. Fortunately it eventually closed thanks to Andrew's efforts. Andrew Thomas was fantastic and The ART of Real Estate will be our realtor if we are ever in the market again.

Buying with Art of Real Estate was so wonderful and stress free. Enjoyed the process and so happy with all of their work. Michael Devita was my realtor and he made the process so easy and enjoyable. He was honest and forthcoming with information about properties and made the first time home buying experience practically stress free. He was patient and understanding with my Seller who was in a different time zone and always updated me about his Buyers.
