The Art of Shaving

Long time customer and very disappointed in your customer service and chat personnel. Ordered product 6/23 today is July 1 and all I get is 'we'll have to check with internal shippi ng'. You had my order for 8 days and you can't tell me where it is, or when it will ship never mind when it will be delivered. Sorry you guys dropped the ball on this one!! Zero stars if I could, time to move on. Its a real shame!!

I visiter this shop few days before Christmas, looking for a kit with a shaving cream and a brush. I was told that all the kits were sold out right before i came. I got really sad but the worker calmed me down. He talked to me getting more details about the person whom I wanted to get this present. We build our own kit, he helped me to choose the scent, and gave me a discount because of the Christmas!!! It was one of the best experiences I had with buying things in general. Thank you very much! With all of the AoS locations closed in Philly, it was only right that I made a visit. I was seen by "Arthur." Very professional, very courteous. Took his time, and made sure I was proper before hitting the streets. Some items are up for sale, and with the "professional service" package, you get 20% off of an item for purchase. If you're looking for a proper shave, look no further.

Have had issues shaving all my life and before giving up and growing a beard I heard that The Art of Shaving has a barber on sight so I made an appointment for a Royal Shave. Master Barber Felippe was extremely helpful and gave me plenty of advice and pointers that I didn't know. Hopefully going forward I'll have much better skin. Will definitely make another appointment with him down the road.

Great discovery walking down Madison. Needed some things for my self as well as gifts for family. They have a very nice selections of things to keep you well groomed and looking your best. However some things here are up there in price. Either way I like my Luxury Shaving Stand, great little his and her's stand for the bathroom. Far better than Bed Bath. The store has a a good vibe and the sales rep was very helpful.

I had received a gift for my birthday and wanted to exchange it for a different scent without a receipt. They were very friendly and had no problem exchanging the item.
