Incredible sandwiches! The famous #8 blew my mind. The Italian dressing and grated Parmesan was such a unique combo. The toasted bun paired well with it. For a side I got the broccoli slaw, a pleasant change from normal coleslaw. Highly recommend if you need a good sandwich! Staff was really friendly. I love the Irish theme that runs throughout the entire bar.
I am so lucky to stumble upon this bar. The sandwich was great. Vegetarian options! Live acoustic music was amazing. What made it extra special was that I loved chatting with one of the owners, Tracey. She was so kind & made my first trip feel like I was a regular. Thank you for making my trip to Wichita :
Stopped here on a bestie road trip from Ohio to New Mexico and it was a great choice. We were craving BLT's, but decided to get the Famous #8 with broccoli salad and it was all delicous! Finished up with an Irish Breakfast shot, which was also amazing. I didn't get the name of our waitress, but she was wonderful and the other lady was nice, as well. Don't hesitate to stop here!
Brought a group in for lunch. Everyone was very pleased. Clean, excellent service, reasonable prices and VERY tasty sandwiches. Recommended. Picture of the famous #8 attached.
Small pub with good sandwiches and interesting music most nights. Friends say the Ruben and Rachel are good. I loved the BLT and thought the Famous number 8 was good. Irish decor, good pub atmosphere, and Allison, our bar tender/ waitress was professional, courteous and seemed genuinely glad we were there. Made the experience a star greater! Thanks Allison! Tip - can get crowded on live music nights so come early to grab your table!
Cool ambiance good food. Lunch rush was in process resulted in slow kitchen. Overall good experience
This place is iconic for Wichita it's been there since 1984 Great sandwiches Cool atmosphere The staff is always great and if you're a drinker they got a full-service bar
If you think about it this is really a dumb question. Artichoke is amazing the famous number eight the best. Can't beat their broccoli salad they make some unbelievable soups and the hostess are always smiling and there for you when you need that refill. Definitely one of the first places I like to go and out of town for a long period of time and returning.
Our sandwich was very good, it was no problem for us to split it and each get a side. There was music provided by a couple and she covered a wide range of music genre's. It was a very relaxing atmosphere.Food: 5/5
Went for a quick lunch while visiting my uncle in the hospital nearby. It wasn't busy but the waitress forgot to put our order in and every table seated after us got served first. Food was good however, when we got our sandwiches 40 minutes later.
