The Atrium Yoga Studio

As a yoga teacher myself, I get to be a bit picky as to who I practice with. Atrium is a gem! I’ve tried various teachers there, and I have to admit that all I’ve tried were amazing! I really love their sequencing. Also, for those who prefer non-hot yoga, this is the place. The studio itself is gorgeous and brings a sense of peace.

It is non-heated with the most beautiful natural lighting. The instructors are genuine, kind and empowering. I always feel welcomed and supported!

Awesome classes, instructors, and ambience.

Every class is accessible to all levels. The teachers all do an amazing job of melting intelligent sequencing, thoughtful encouragement, and compassionate community into each class. Online or in studio, as I step onto my mat, I know I will be able to get just what I need out of each class.
