If I could give their BMW service dept 100 stars, I would. I guess 5 stars will have to do. Bought a CPO 320i from a out of state dealer and after 3 failed trips to have a issue resolved, I brought it to the Automaster. They fixed it correctly on the first visit. The term "buy local" now has a whole new meaning!
Money over customer service here. Ugly and lousy experience with BMW repair. Look elsewhere as there are several other reputable auto repair shops in the area.
I will never be going to this dealership again. Service department doesn’t have a clue of what Customer service should be, and my car should never come out of service worse than it went in. This happened twice here so I will be heading out of state to buy my next BMW.
