For starters the waitress came to my table and made the comment of having to order prior to sitting down. Took my silverware the other waitress placed and gave it to another table that also sat down prior to ordering. Second the food was cold. I expected it to be warm/hot but received neither. I will not return back to this place. The orange juice was delicious though. Oh yeah parking is very very minimal. Good luck!!
I have been wanting to try this place out for a long time because of the great reviews, but in my experience I thought everything was just ok. To be fair though, I am not a big breakfast person so take my review with a grain of salt. My friends really liked it. First, parking is terrible. There is a very small lot with extra parking behind the nextdoor building, but that gets filled up pretty quickly as well so be prepared to spend some time looking for a spot. The line is usually pretty long in the mornings, especially on the weekends, but it moved surprisingly fast so we did not wait too long. You must have your order ready before you are seated so take a look at the menu ahead of time. There were images of some of their plates diplayed on a television and some flyers hung up that we based our selections off of, but when we got to the cashier to take our order they didn't have any of the three plates we wanted. Apparently the TV was displaying dishes that they currently have as well as dishes that are coming soon. Nothing differentiated which plates were coming soon so that was a bummer and a little frustrating. The flyer in front did give a start date for one of the items. The inside is cute and quaint, like a regular house hence the name. There is a large outdoor seating area in back that feels like the backyard. We didn't get to sit back there because it was full, but inside was also nice. The food, in my opinion, was ok. I had the salad and soup combo with the tri-tip salad and a clam chowder. The meat was tender, but not very flavorful and the clam chowder tasted like canned soup. It is very rare that I crave traditional breafast food items panckaes, waffles, omlettes, etc., but when I do I might still go back to give them a fair a shot. The homey ambience is worth another try.
We didn’t realize it was an order and find a seat place before coming inside, so note to new patrons. Staff is VERY nice and food comes out FAST. Very cute atmosphere, it actually reminds we of our old house in LA. Parking was a little tight, so be patient. We got the skillet served on a plate and added jalapeños. It wasn’t very spicy, but it was good. Cinnamon roll french toast was good. Jalapeño cheese toast was amazing! If you’re in the area, check it out!
It's always so nice to come in and get treated like a valued customer... The entire staff is very nice and the food is delicious.Food: 5/5

Delicious Cinnamon Swirl French Toast!!! They have their own parking lot and I had no trouble finding a spot. There is both outdoor and inside seating it was so much nicer outside and they had heat lamps to keep us warm on a rainy day and still be able to enjoy the view. You scan the QR code for the menu, order and pay, and then pick your seating. The employees were friendly and came by to refill the water and coffee and pick up our plates. Pricing is reasonable.
The avocado house is a nice little place with excellent food. For what it is, I think it is a bit overpriced. I have been trying to visit this place numerous times when I am in the area, but it has been a challenge since it is always crowded. Finally, my wife and I were able to get in. I kind of understand why this place is so popular, but personally, I wouldn't come back soon. Food ingredients are fresh and also quality.
perfectly poached eggs were nestled on a bed of English muffins, topped with the most delectable Holinese sauce I've ever tasted. The sauce had just the right balance of flavors, with hints of tanginess and a slight kick of spice. It elevated the dish to a whole new level of deliciousness. To complement the eggs, the potatoes served alongside were a crispy and savory delight. Each bite offered a satisfying crunch, and the seasoning was spot-on, enhancing the overall flavor profile. My mom opted for the omelette, and she was equally impressed. The omelette was fluffy and cooked to perfection, with a generous filling of her choice. It's safe to say that the Avocado House knows how to deliver on omelette perfection. Beyond the outstanding food, the atmosphere of the Avocado House was warm and inviting. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that every customer felt well taken care of. The cozy ambiance and tasteful decor added to the overall dining experience, creating a welcoming environment to start the day on a positive note. Will definitely be visiting again & again as long as the quality and friendly staff reminds the same
AVOCADO HOUSE IS A NICE LIL HOMIE SPOT. SEATING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS THE FOOD WAS CLEAN NOT GREASY AT ALL. I ORDERED THE ABC OMELETTE.Food: 5/5
It's a very well-crowded place and you can hear everyone's conversations. I disliked the food only because the food was bland and it didn't have any seasoning, when I wanted some hot salsa or something spicy for my breakfast sandwich my brother asked our patient server to ask the chef for anything spicy and they came back with blended jalapenos and mild salsa and that didn't do it for me, I paid $20.95 x2 for my mom & my brother himself and the meat that they used on there had grease which I stuffed inside the sandwich and it gave the sandwich life which made it 10 times better. Other than that I paid $75.75 and I myself would never come here again, it's a cute place I'll give you that but it's not for me. Vegetarian options: You can ask your server not to meat on your dish that's all I can really say Parking: You can find more spacious parking at the optometry parking side of the left side of the restaurant Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly
