This is a good hotel with an interesting "minimalistic" design to it. The rooms are comfortable and clean. You get a mini-bar with the standard amenities. The meals served at the restaurant are delicious and well made. I had no issues checking in or out and getting transportation to the airport. I did not have time to try the pool or the gym due to my schedule. My only gripe is that getting an iron and ironing board became an impossible mission. I suggest if you think you may need one, pack a portable steamer because it seems they only have ONE iron for the entire hotel... Overall, had a pretty good stay. Noteworthy details: They did not have an iron and ironing board.
The rooms are nice but definitely are not wearing well. The entry to the room is concrete floor which causes condensation on the bathroom door side whenever you take a shower hot steam meeting cold floor = pool of water infront of bathroom door. Paint in some corners are wearing out and chips/damage to wood and cabinetry. There's also a giant gap under the entry door so you can hear everything that goes on in the corridor very clearly. I appreciate the blackout blinds are true blackout. You can not tell that it's light out with the blackout shades down. Hand held bidet spray is nice feature. And bed was very comfortable and AC was strong. Breakfast was sufficient but nothing special. The pool was nice but it's definitely more of a bar/lounge type pool than an actual one. You can stand in the pool the entire length and it is not wide enough for 2 people to be swimming across at once. Also the pool is very close to the sun loungers so don't even think about jumping in and causing a splash without getting other people wet. The pool is open to the public after 4 or 5PM so I'm sure it gets busy around that time. Overall you're here for the vibe and to take photos but don't expect anything special in terms of service. I'm sure the surrounding hotels would be just as good as this one, albeit not as aesthetic.
A really good hotel, spacious clean rooms, polite and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and an amazing rooftop bar and view, especially in the evenings. A couple of areas could be improved: a lack of iron and ironing board in the room is a shame took an hour to get one, and then it was just the iron, the bottled water in the room isn't replenished, the pool opening times of 9-6 doesn't work for people on business, and the gym needs a lot more equipment to really be called a fitness centre, but it had the basics. Rooms: Clean and spacious, with large comfortable beds. Walkability: Easy walking distance to the local mall, and not far to the park. Food and drinks: Excellent breakfast, and really good room service menu.
Amazing hotel with great rooms, staff is great and the rooftop amazing. My only critic is the quantity and quality of their iron boards which for the level of the hotle could be better.Rooms: 5/5
Location is great. Hotel has pretty nice style and the bar at the top has great views. Service is lacking, they really act as if they do not care, but check in and check out is done efficiently. Food is good, it is hard to get your eggs as you want them asked for scrambled egg whites, could get either scrambled whole eggs or egg whites non scrambled. Rooms are good, but prucey for what you get they never full made my bed, they would just pull everything to look better but they would not really make the bed and get things well done. Have been twice, both times liked the location and decor, was not thrilled with service. Rooms: Love how the rooms have electric shades. They have the basic stuff but they do the bare minimum for your comfort.
Boojey hotel that doesn't deliver. It's fancy it's woke but basic things are missing. No ironing board or tissues in rooms, yes you can ask for one but when your paying this amount for a room you expert good service and all the amenities. The pool closes at 6 why? The gym isn't 24/7 and isn't that great, it lacks heavy weights. I had to change rooms which I knew in advance and asked if my bags would be put in my room, nope. Come on if you are going to portray yourself as a boutique or high end hotel come though with the service. Just because Brasilia lacks major chains doesn't mean you can sell mediocrity based on your minimalist fitout. The bar at the top is nice and the drinks are good so a minor win.
Rooms were inadequate, with no slippers, toothbrush and tissue paper provided only 1 pack of 4 small pieces on the first day. They don’t refill the 2 complimentary bottles of water after the check in day and expect you to pay ridiculous prices for subsequent small bottles of water. Not sure why this is indicated as a 4* hotel when simple amenities are not provided or refilled daily.
The whole hotel doesn't even have a single washcloth. Only hand towels.
Phenomenal style in the heart of Brasília. The views from the rooftop and the sunset from there are unforgettable. Great business spot too and delicious breakfast selection make this hotel a perfect spot for a business meeting or to celebrate an anniversary.Rooms: 5/5
As someone who frequents hotels regularly due to my job, I must say that this particular hotel falls into the joking category when considering the price and the level of service provided. Let me elaborate on my experience during my stay. Firstly, the room left much to be desired. The flooring was a mishmash of three different colors: cement, dark brown parquet, and a slippery light gray floor in the bathroom. Stepping into the room gave me the impression of entering a jail cell rather than a comfortable hotel space. When I requested a slipper, I received a solid "no" response without any attempt to accommodate my request. Only after persisting at the reception did I manage to get a flip flop. To my surprise, there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or shaving kits provided. It's astonishing that such basic amenities were missing. Moreover, the lack of warm greetings and smiles from the staff was quite noticeable. Although there were a few exceptions, the overall interaction with the employees was underwhelming. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. Throughout my five-day stay, they forgot to replenish the coffee three times, soap twice, and water twice. When I raised my concerns, they brought me two bottles of water along with an invoice, without even offering an apology for the inconvenience caused. On a positive note, the breakfast experience was enjoyable due to the variety of options available, and the employees at the breakfast area seemed to be more professional. However, it was unusual to discover that an additional charge was required for an omelette, something I have never encountered before. Lastly, I found it worth mentioning that the hotel follows an odd practice of collecting the total amount at check-in. Additionally, it struck me as peculiar that all the receptionists were male, reminiscent of hotels in Saudi Arabia. Overall, I was unimpressed with my stay at this hotel. The combination of the room conditions, lack of amenities, inconsistent cleaning, and certain peculiarities made it difficult to justify the price paid. I hope the hotel management takes note of these aspects and works towards improving the overall experience for their guests.
