Go anywhere else! Placed an order on January 3 and have not received any updates on the shipping status. We have tried to call the store - no answer - left voicemails - no return call - emailed the store - no reply. I highly 100% recommend taking your business elsewhere - like literally anywhere else - they are happy enough to take your money without fulfilling your order and - in looking back at google reviews - seems like their have been a lot of complaints filed about this same issue to the better business bureau
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!! The worst customer service and you likely will not receive the items you ordered. The FedEx tracking has been stuck on pending and the order is quite a bit late even though there is no expected delivery date. No one will answer the phone or reply to an email. Terrible experience, terrible store
I had placed an order for a car seat that I needed and never received a confirmation. When I called. David was just so helpful. He reassured me that my order was processed and also upgraded my shipping just because I did not receive a confirmation. He was really helpful and would recommend baby’s den to anyone. I would definitely purchase with baby’s den again just because of customer service provided to me from David.
Worst store ever! Placed and order and never got any updates or received product! Took my 645.00 and ran. NEVER ORDER FEOM HERE. Filing a complaint and disputing my charge. Fake business.
WORST company we’ve ever ordered from!! Our initial purchase guaranteed 5-7 days for delivery, but it took 2 weeks before I started to call to check the delivery status. Customer service is terrible!! I spoke with Pal and ask if the stroller was shipped. He advised me to call David ,because only he is working on my order. And he is a Supervisor. Then I call David who said that he is not working there any more but will try to help me. I called every day for a week. Spoke with Pal and David who keep promising me to get my order ship from warehouse. Finally, I received a call from Warehouse and was told that my Silver Cross Stroller is not in stock and It will take up to 8 weeks to order and ship from UK to USA. Finally I had to cancel my order and get the refund. If you still want to order something from this company, make sure they have it in stock. I will never order from them again !!!
I placed an order on July 11 and have not received any updates on the shipping status. When I call to check on my online order, I am directed to a voicemail that disconnects without giving me the option to leave a message. I have been trying to contact someone through calls and emails and have not received a response. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere because this is unacceptable, especially when you are relying on an item for a newborn.
Great car seat & stroller but the WORST company we’ve ever ordered from!! Our initial purchase guaranteed 5-7 days for delivery but it took MONTHS to get the car seat & stroller that were sent separate for some reason. Customer service is terrible!! The representatives say “hello” instead of answering with the company name so we thought we had the wrong number each time. They are unprofessional, rude, not helpful, & the first thing they say every time you call inquiring on the order status is “Well, when do you need it by?” even though it should have been shipped already. They even argued I am not due to deliver my baby for a few months so I don’t need to rush & they will have it to me by then as if some women can’t deliver early. Regardless, people should get their items by the expected date despite when their baby is due!! The supervisor was also very rude & months after being left in the dark, he claimed we were already told that the car seat was delayed due to the item being damaged during shipping & it not being in stock anymore. My husband & I both were on speakerphone with several representatives weeks prior to speaking to a supervisor & neither of us were ever given an explanation about anything. We were just told to call back in another month to check on the status. Even in it taking months to receive our pre-paid items, we received no discount or compensation for the inconvenience. We didn’t even get a real apology. We will never order from them again!!!!
I was very pleased with the prices and shipping of the items I ordered from The Baby's Den. I ordered two items the 4moms mamaroo seat and the newborn cushion insert. I didn't think the newborn cushion was shipped, so I contacted their customer service to ask about it and Sylvia responded within 24 hours. Sylvia helped me and spoke with their shipping dept and they had placed the newborn cushion inside the main larger box. I was so glad because this was a gift and I didn't have to wait. I will definitely buy from The Baby's Den again!!! Thank you Lisa Whitley
This company gets good products to you as fast as they can. When I ordered I had some troubles with my credit card and them running out of the item that we originally wanted. But Scott at Baby's den was very kind and fair as we worked out a solution. We got a great car seat that works well and we are satisfied with our product.
Reading your reviews, I guess you are experiencing some issues because of COVID - up until last March, your reviews are great. I get it - I really do - but put updates on your website; do automatic email responses with updates; add a message to your voice mail, but totally not responding and doing nothing while accepting orders and payments is really not acceptable. I placed two online orders weeks ago - one I paid an extra $25 for expedited shipping. Calls are all routed to a voicemail box. I have left countless messages and emails - all with no response. Come on Baby's Den...
