The Bakeshop on Twentieth is a homestyle American bakery and café located in the Rittenhouse Square area of Philadelphia . We are a small batch bakery specializing in baking childhood favorites as well as family traditional recipes using only the finest ingredients available. You can smell the baking of pastries such as scones, muffins, sticky buns, chocolate babkas, fudge brownies, cookies as their pulled from our ovens. We bake our own challahs, and make house-made soups and will soon be adding breakfast sandwiches and hot oatmeal. Newest addition to our family is custom cakes by Nutmeg Creations.
We also offer coffee and espresso drinks from La Colombe and Philly Fair Trade as well as house-made hot chocolate.
