Love this place! I've been coming for a little over 4 months and I see drastic changes to my muscle tone. The studio is beautiful, the instructors are energetic, and they make an effort to learn your name, which makes it very welcoming. I always leave the studio feeling stronger and accomplished. Can not recommend enough!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience at The Bar Method Hoboken! The studio is clean and conveniently located near the PATH station, and the instructors are welcoming and well trained. The classes offer a low impact yet incredibly effective full-body workout; I highly recommend this gym to anyone!
I have been going to The Bar Method since January 2016. Lucia and Melissa who are the owners of this beautiful studio are super sweet and always make sure the studio and their clients are well taken care of. Every class is challenging in a different way and it is one of my favorite places to be!
I simply love this place and the staff. I`m so happy I decided to join them in January. It`s that type of place where you wanna go even if you are very tired after 10h at work. Thank you!
