Divorce sucks. All you can hope for is someone knowledgeable and understanding to help navigate you through it. Sheraz was personable, prompt with answers to questions and provided solid advice. And importantly, I never felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed. The billing was all very transparent and fair. Bottom line is it was a terrible situation, and he helped make it as painless as possible. I always felt incredibly comfortable with his representation. Highly recommended.

Sheraz was terrific to work with -- super competent and solid. He walked me through the process, attended to all the details, explained my options clearly, and gave me excellent advice. I've had limited experience working with Attorneys, but i'd say attentive, personable, responsive and understanding are qualities that help define a solid Attorney that one would want to work with. I did a quick google search for Marriage Attorneys in DC and Sheraz Barkat came up with great reviews. I decided to move forward with Sheraz and i'm now writing my own 5 star review for the very reasons listed above. It was a seamless process. I put a tight deadline on what I needed done and Sheraz was able to deliver on time, responding to all of my questions in a timely manner. Overall a professional and personable guy; would definitely recommend.

Few months ago I contacted Mr. Barkat to help my sister enforce her divorce agreement he was very knowledgeable about the process explained step by step would definitely recommend without hesitation he’s responsible professional respectful attorney thanks for all your help and support Mr. Barkat.
