Manager and team did a beautiful job on my car detail. And the manager was completely empathetic when I asked him to leave a little bit of my newly passed heart dog’s fur in my hatchback b/c I liked the visual reminder of him. Imagine that’s not a request they got often. Husband also used them all the time with great results, and he didn’t trust just anyone with his Tesla.Service: Auto detailing
If you want a cheap car wash this place is good other then that it does not clean your wheels and also does not apply tire shine. The vacuum is not free and the layout is very bad once you enter there are couple of vacuum machines and you enter the wash tunnel and come out you don’t have space to park your car and clean your car and you can’t go back to the vacuum machines because it’s one way. It’s a little hassle if your going there first time and do the vacuum first and then go to the wash tunnel because you can’t come back for vacuum machines.They need to upgrade the wash tunnel machines.
Got The Works for $10.. makes the car look like it’s fresh off a brand new wax job. Also has great customer service! I’ll be going there whenever I need a wash
You can't beat the Barn Car Wash!!! The works is only $13 and they have specials as well reducing it even more. They do a great job in Revere and you need to get that salt off your car. The salt will do a number on your vehicle for sure if left on. Mark G
Wash was good, but staff was terrible. Rather than let me swipe my credit card on my own and choose my wash, they stood by the machine doing it for me and all other customers. I asked for a "deluxe" car wash, and they quickly tapped, and overcharged me, for the "works". Do they try to rip off all customers? When I told him that I did not ask for the works, he immediately argued with me. I had a passenger in the car who had heard me say deluxe as well, so my guess is that scamming customers is part of their business model. When I asked for a refund, or for them to fix the issue, all I got were excuses "you said works, it's in the machine already, it's only $5 more, there's nothing I can do, the works is better, you didn't say deluxe... " Finally after some heated arguing, and holding up a line of cars, he refunded me the $5. It should not have been that difficult for me to pay for the actual wash I wanted... I will not be visiting this car wash again. The lousy customer service over an employee mistake has cost them what would have been a repeat customer.
With a few car washes opening up in the area prices have gotten really competitive. Quick, easy, self-serve drive-through options and the car wash does a good job. Also has vacuum cleaners accessible
This is the best car wash around. Staff are always friendly. Currently they're closed and it's going to be totally renovated with a new car wash coming this Fall.
My kids love this car wash. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is very friendly towards my kids as they wave and direct us into the washing area. Taking the time to pre-wash the vehicle with hoses and cleaning solution. Difficult to say more -- Well because it is a car wash after all.
Good car wash. The prices went up recently though. It was $4 for a basic wash. Now its $6. A $2 increase? They should have gone to $5. It wouldn't be so bad.
