The Barns at Lang Farm

THESE PEOPLE TRIED TO STEAL MY DOG. They are the lowest and rudest people. I just moved nearby and my dog ran off when I let her out to go to the bathroom which she has never done before. I went looking for her on their property terrified because we are new to the area and she doesn't know where she is. This lady saw me looking around and then pulled up in a truck and informed me that the people in the Garden Barn had my dog and that they really like her and she wasn't supposed to me because they wanted to keep her. Mind you the people that had my dog saw me looking for her but didn't say anything to me. So instantly I ran up to the barn. My dog was inside with the owner and I'm assuming his son. Instantly the owner started going off on me asking if I feed my dog and that she's underweight and that she scarfed down two bowls of food. First of all, I feed my dog every single morning and night. She definitely is not underweight and she's a puppy so she will eat until she throws up. They then proceeded to call me a whack job and other fowl names and screamed at me as I walked away. This is not how you treat people. Now I'm terrified that if they ever see my dog they will try to take her. They were acting like this because the younger one who I think is the owners son wanted to keep my puppy. They were trying to justify them trying to keep her. Terrible people. Way to welcome your neighbors to the neighborhood.

This morning as stated before our dog was taken by these people from what I can tell out of our drive way. There where no tracks on the other side of the road and as mentioned by the lady who told my fiance they saw us looking and weren't going to give her back. First of all. Stealing a dog that belongs to someone else is illegal, second of all thinking its okay to talk to woman the way you and you're kid did to my fiance is not okay. The imediate tone change when I confronted you shows that you think its okay to be disrespectful to woman. Things like these bad reviews and comments do not happen for no reason. For our first interaction, having our dog stolen, you being vulgar and rude, having to call the cops (will be in the police blogger as proof if you want to fact check) the cops also insinuated that you guys can suck, and you denying it. Well I can promise we won't be patronizing whatever establishment you have up there. Thanks for being so welcoming and for over feeding our dog.

Also a roommate and sibling of “that girl” who you disrespected to the point of tears. You have proven the argument that you had clearly seen someone who was “aimlessly” walking around your parking lot possibly looking for something? Like maybe the dog that you had taken in to your building and did not intend on letting true owner know until she confronted you? You are not good people. You didn’t inform the police of a lost dog with no tags that you must have seen in our yard many times and knew where she belonged. You say you’re people of the community but I definitely don’t feel safe living next to you anymore. I’ll try my best to make sure that our dogs don’t wander onto your property so you can just claim them and unrightfully call us unfit owners based on apearences seeing how you’ve never met us before today; in return I hope you stay away from us.

I came here for a wedding and it was definitely a beautiful setting it was beautiful outside as well (even though it was raining) but that has nothing to do with the building itself. I wish they would have put garbage bins in the main dining/reception area for everyone so we didn't have to throw things away in the bathroom, but other than that it was beautiful and perfect for a wedding party!
