The venue was exactly what we needed for seating approx. 30 people. The event space was extremely clean and the available audio equipment enhanced the experience. I want to especially thank Becky for always being responsive from beginning to end as I planned the event from another state. I would give the Beacon Center 5  but the space designed for serving food was a little smaller than what we needed. However, if you need an event space for a small gathering, the Beacon Center is the place for you!

This is a Veteran owned business that pays attention to the details of the event. The facility is larger than it appears in the photos, clean, easy accessibility,  can be themed for just about any type of a celebration, service,  or event. Great Lighting options to set the desired mood additionally, AV, Bluetooth for mucic entertainment or verbal presentations. Becky was flexible on my time requested, and valued me choosing The Beacon Center venue in Las Vegas two weekend's ago for the 1st Annual Peters Family Reunion. Looking forward to returning soon. Becky is a lifesaver!  Going into this, my husband and I had a very low bar. We just wanted a venue where our friends could party after the wedding. Being a military veteran who moved all over the place, as well as a California native, with a fiance from New York, AND we live in Virginia, we were guaranteed to have friends and family from different walks of life and passions attending.  Becky really pulled out all the stops, coming up with ideas that we didn't even realize were an option. She really helped us turn something that would have been a simple venue into a tailored entertainment experience for every person who attended. We had a dancefloor set up, a great Bluetooth speaker system set up with our customized playlist we created with Spotify, plenty of games, as well as another room for my gamer friends to play smash bros on switch. Not to mention that she had personally set up many, many props and decorations that helped showcase our theme and our journey as a couple. I was blown away when I did my initial walkthrough a day before the wedding, but she wanted to make sure that it aligned with our vision, which shows how dedicated she was in making sure it was a memorable experience.  And best of all, you can bring your own alcohol! Our wallets were very happy when we heard that was an option. We told the guests to bring their favorite drinks and everyone shared with still plenty of alcohol left over! Becky also provided a cooler we filled with ice, and a working fridge for drink and cake storage.  And nothing goes to waste. You don't have to worry about cleanup because the dedicated staff will take care of any remaining food and beverages, especially if there is another group there the next day who might use the leftover food to prepare meals for those who need it. Sustainability is huge for us!  Needless to say, the party was a hit, and many of our attendees had a blast and had only positive things to say. The Beacon Center is truly a hidden gem only minutes from the strip and a prime contender for any party considerations! If you have plans for a 50 person reception, but are considering budget options with class, look no further than the spacy, top-notch service Beacon Center!

The well-maintained venue and accommodating staff, specially Beaky, who was not only friendly but also incredibly cooperative, make it a top choice. Additionally, ample parking spots further enhance the convenience. The Beacon Center will unquestionably be our go-to destination for future events in Vegas.

Becky is amazing. She is very informative. The venue was perfect for my daughter's magical sweet 16. 6 hours for $800 was so worth it. I will be having my son's graduation party there. Thank you so much for being awesome Becky! You Rock!

I have been traveling for work for years to do training events for our clients.  This is by far the best venue we have ever used.  Becky is the best owner/hostess and provides the best communication, A/V, and amenities.

Becky and Yvette put their heart and soul into our reception looking fabulous and just how we envisioned. Cannot thank them enough for taking the ideas I had of semi formal/rustic feel and bringing it to life. Becky was so easy to talk to and communicate with from start to finish and I truly appreciated that from the moment we started planning over 8 months ago. The Beacon Center is located off strip but still fairly close to where the action is. For an out of state bride and groom, we needed all the help we could get and Becky went above and beyond to get us her preferred vendors to work with for photography and DJ services! If you all ever need a place to rent for a special occasion look no further than TBC! Fair pricing, lots of space, and the most helpful and kind people you could ever meet!

On 03.03.2018 my fiancé and I used the Beacon Center as the location for our Engagement Party of approximately 70 and it turned out to be an amazing time. Becky, the owner, is very nice but extremely particular about the space, so there were a few more things we wish we able to do with the space but couldn't do, due to the restrictions. But, we had an awesome and affordable time. Becky was very helpful and forthcoming. My event coordinator was able to visit the site many times to prepare for our day. Also, Becky is GREAT with communication, which is always a plus. Oh and the place is EMACULANT, cleanest and most well kept space I have used in a while. Overall, our event was a huge success! Now....about some of those restrictions that I mentioned previously, they included--&gt; no tape of ANY kind except blue painters tape, push pins, removable hooks, etc. can be used to hang things. You CANNOT remove any of the pictures or wall decor at any time, which adds up in costs to cover. And, we were told that there would be a FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR fee for any use of glitter/confetti. One final draw back was that Becky will tell you that she sometimes watches the video cameras while the space is being used, which just seemed a little creepy to me, but that is me. But again overall, we had a great time and made it work! Thank you Becky!

Thank you Becky for making my wife's 50th Birthday Party a success!  Beautifully hawaiian themed decorations.  I could not have done it without you.  Affordable, easy communication, clean facility and flexible to my schedule.

Becky is the best she was so helpful throughout the whole process. My wedding was beautiful because of her and her amazing team. I will definitely be coming back when we renew our vows!
