The Bennington

Although I ended up not renting after my approval, I will not hesitate to do so next time! Avie and Crystal were amazing and really helped me throughout the application process! Plus the apartments are amazing conveniently located with great amenities.

My experience with the Bennington thus far has been great! The leasing agent Avie made my transition as pleasant as possible. Also, their specials seem to be the best in the downtown silver spring area. I would recommend anyone to request a tour and give them a look! Thank you, Avie!

The leasing Consultant Avie was great. Although they didn’t have the unit I was looking for she was very helpful in providing me with information. She has great customer service.

The building itself is fine, but my goodness most of the employees you interact with are rude. If you’re okay with that, then consider living here.

Corona-virus Pandemic THEY WILL RAISE YOUR RENT on the LEASE RENEWAL during the Pandemic unlike some other Landlords.

I would give it a 0 if I could. All I have to say is all the 1 star reviews are true, the building is old and things break all the time. Also, why is it when there is a 1 star review the next review is a day later with 5 stars???? That’s interesting don’t you think. I won’t be renewing my lease.

I did not move into the building due to a time crunch but I did want to leave a review saying how willing the staff, specifically Avie, were to accommodate my situation in a very quick and timely manner. She attempted to try and rush the process so I would be able to move-in in time.
