Very impressed with The Big Screen Store! A friend strongly recommended it to us and when we were ready to buy a new TV we knew were we want to go. Barry was an excellent salesman who guided us to the perfect TV for us and didn't try to oversell us on things we didn't need. And Romeo and the service team who came to the house were so professional! They were and gone before we knew it. And they made sure we were company with the using the TV as well as provide their contact for any future questions. These teams made the process super smooth and easy. We are in love with our TV!! Thanks Barry and Big Screen Store! We will be back when we buy our next TV.

Our salesman was very knowledgeable and very helpful. In less than one hour, we had selected a TV and sound bar at an excellent price! Best of all, installation took place the next day! Romeo and James came to our house right at the appointment time, and they very competently installed our new system. In addition, Romeo gave me operating directions in a clear and concise manner. Outstanding! I will only shop at the Big Screen Store for a television.

This was hands down one of the best retail experiences I have ever had, across any type of product/service. Mike Lowery at the Rockville location was top notch. Amazing customer service and expert level product knowledge. They price match all major retailers as well. I see no reason to shop TV/audio/theatre products elsewhere. Here you are treated like your business is valued. I'll be going back in the future for sure and would recommend friends/family to do the same.

I absolutely loved my experience at the Big Screen Store. My husband and I stopped in by chance and ended up making a purchase. We worked with Ed Hodge. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They anticipated our concerns and taught us everything we needed to make the best purchase possible. They even have the furniture you need to support your tv. I will be buying all of my home theater items here!

Definitely an easy buying experience. No hunting for someone to help you and the people are nice to deal with. I also didn’t have to shlep my large TV and soundbar home. It was delivered, installed and set-up in a day. And they matched a better price I found on Black Friday.

I’m very satisfied with the Big Screen Store in Rockville, we received a great attention to customer service questions in the show room, accurate availability and fast delivery. In two days we had our big TV, sound bar, and tv stand set up in our basement + in our business conference room.

The team was courteous and of course extremely knowledgeable about their products and comparisons to other tv's. This will ve my first stop when I decide to get another TV. The best part Is that they price match!

Ed listened to what we wanted and took the time to explain various tvs and sound systems. He was helpful by phone with various technical issues that we had once we installed the tv and sound bar. This is the second tv we have bought at this store.

What a great experience. I recently purchased a 55" Samsung TV from BS store on Rockville Pike. My first trip to a BS store. I was truly prepared for high pressure salesman to tell me that I needed a bigger screen TV, etc. That didn't happen. Barry the store manager showed me the difference in picture quality, etc. so that I could make the best decision about what type of picture quality I wanted. Again, no pressure. Bottom line I bought the TV I wanted within my budget. Barry couldn't have been nicer and Romeo and James were experienced and awesome installers. Their technical expertise resulted in a perfect wall mounting and installation. All three are great Ambassadors for the BS franchise.
