This facility is horrible. It sounds good on paper until you get there. The people running the place have no business dealing with people. The food is inedible as well.
The Birches of Newtown is a great facility. I've had a few relatives who have stayed in for personal care. The facility is clean, the food is good and most of all the workers who help and assist those staying in the facility are wonderful. I give Birches a FIVE star rating. Thank you for your kindness. Keep up the good work Birches.
