The Blue Door Tattoo

Two of my friends and I decided to get tattoos while on spring break. The guy who tatted us was named Edgar and I would recommend him to anyone who wanted a tattoo. He took his time to do everything properly and for two tattoos it was relatively cheap. He also wasn’t awkward like some artists who don’t talk. I came in for a couple ear piercings. I live across the country and work in the tattoo industry myself. Not only was the studio clean, but it was filled with beautiful and delightful decor. The owner was friendly, helpful, and just plain awesome! Not going to lie, I admire her! Don't underestimate her either... She's more badass than some of the toughest guys in the industry. She placed my piercing perfectly and got it done quick. If I ever come to Denver again, I will definitely be coming back. Until then, I can only recommend her to others!

The Blue Door is such a great tattoo shop! I have known Sis for years, and her quality of work has always been outstanding. I finally got a tattoo from her, and I could not be happier! The ambiance of the shop is so nice and welcoming, and the people are so kind and not pretentious. If you want a nice, clean shop, with real people to do your tattoo, The Blue Door is such an excellent choice. I would recommend this shop to anybody.

The Blue Door is awesome, I can't think of a better place to get a tattoo done. I've had both of my tattoos done here and both experiences have been incredible, I really couldn't ask for more. You can tell this is a shop where the artists love what they do and it shows in their work. What I love most about the Blue Door is the environment when you walk in. I checked out several tattoo shops before I landed here. They were welcoming, friendly, and approachable…which unfortunately is not the norm for many tattoo shops. I've had pieces done by Sherry and Laura. They are both phenomenal at what they do! They each have their own unique style and I know that between the 2 of them, I will have all my tattoo needs met. Sherry tattooed a lovely, bright peony in waves on my back a few years ago and Laura just finish a beautiful mandala piece on my inner forearm. If you're looking for a shop for life then this is the place for you. I'm so grateful I found the Blue Door!
