This location is closing down 3/19. Employees there were helpful in giving me recommendations for products! Everything is currently on sale in store at great prices.
Amazing staff! I stopped by looking for a product from a while back and the two team members, Mariesa and Nishan, were above helpful in assisting me. Would go back just for their customer service. Can't wait to try the new product. Also, kudos on covid safety, rules are in place and they were able to assist me and ensure proper safety procedures.
Awesome staff. Very welcoming and so nice. I was there a few Months ago and they got me hooked on their products. I’m not from DC but I am now using body shop products and would just like to thank the ladies there for all of there help. 100% on customer service!
We are big fans of The Body Shop brand and products. We generally visit this store when they have the Buy 3 Get 3 Free promo running - best time to buy their products IMO. The sales staff here were friendly and helpful and that made the experience all that much better!
One of the few retailers left in Union Station and, I daresay, the only Body Shop left in the area that I know of and can get to. Their sales associates are always friendly and high energy. I like visiting this shop.
The women working in this store were very rude. I needed to return something that I had purchased online, and the first woman acted very inconvenienced and annoyed looking through my receipt. Then, she went to a back room to get another woman who proceeded to tell me that physical stores don't deal with e-commerce, which is a lie because the store in Pentagon City took everything without a problem. Avoid this place simply because the employees are unprofessional.
The employees here are extremely kind, any past reviews referring to rude employees are definitely about people who no longer work at The Body Shop. The products here at great, there are always good deals as well.
The ladies there have been nice everytime I have been there to purchase a few items. Very helpful and had info about specific items I had questions for. Would come back again very soon.
Rude employees and terrible customer service.....avoid this place. My bad review of them was somehow removed. I will continue to let people know this place is awful.
If you want to take care of our Mother Earth, you have to buy here! The attention is always a pleasure. Thank you guys!
