Got stuck on elevator for 10 mins. With my son and Mom. Please fix.Hello I went to the Philadelphia museum of illusions and used the elevator in this garage in Philadelphia on 400 Ranstead St, Philadelphia, PA 19106 the elevator needs to be repaired, it's very unsafe and my 13 year old son and my 60 year old mom and I were stuck inside while it was halfway down the shoot and it jammed. Then when it got to the correct floor the elevator doors wouldn't open we tried to pull them open, but it only opened the first set on the inside not the ones on the other side, then the doors shut on us. Then the elevator doors started to open and shut and automatically none of the buttons worked it was at least 10 mins long I believe.Purpose of this is because it is very dangerous and needs fixing ASAP for all humans sake and especially to keep your company good name.
Arrived at exactly 9am just in time for early bird parking or so I thought but when my ticket printed it said 9:02am. It was definitely 9:00am on the dot. If you want to get the early bird, be sure to arrive by 8:58am. I had to pay the $25 for parking instead of the $16 that it was supposed to be.
Someone hit my car while it was parked. The garage was no help at all. Camera wasn’t working and they did not reach back out to me after I said the least they could do was refund my parking fee. Now I’m stuck with a $500 insurance deductible at the holidays. I would not use this garage. It’s not safe due to inoperable camera.
Most convenient to local museums, restaurants & shopping. Check to see if the place you're visiting validates parking. That will save you some money. Scan your ticket to the right of the door to enter & pay.
Very conveniently located to Independence Mall! Easy in/out. Great automation. Mtiple levels with elevators. Secure parking.
Easy to park and pay, close to historical attractions
Centrally located for the historic part of Philly. It’s clean and in a safe area. I park here frequently. I have been able to park a mid-size pickup truck here, but the spots can be tight. Also there are spots marked at every ramp as “compact car only”, but people park all sorts of vehicles in those spots, which can make for some narrow turns at the ramps. Unless you’re used to parking large vehicles in city garages, you might want to park your larger vehicles elsewhere.
Parked overnight in this garage when we stayed at the Renaissance hotel in downtown Philly. It was just around the corner from the hotel. Very convenient and clean Paid at the gate when we left by credit card. No problems.
Hany place to park, although ParkChirp does not always work. $12 for after 6 pm parking.
Parked here on a Sunday. Upon coming back to the building, I used a kiosk to pay for my ticket. Went to my car, took about 10 minutes before leaving. Wasn't able to leave the garage without paying the ticket again, charging me an extra dollar on top of that. I was charged $9.00 the first time, and then $10 the second time. I was charged $19 for one hour. I called every person I could contact and they refused to refund me for the first $9 and said "whatever the machine says is what you pay". I usually don't give poor reviews, even if I receive poor service, but this is flat out wrong.
